@hypergod3 there are many reg-clean programs like that you said ( Registry easy ) i also know Registry mechanick and CC cleaner but for me ADV system care pro worked

@toobayasir okey.. making another user account means that you have to re install garena games or enable file sharing between users ( correct me if i am wrong) and thats too much effort... ( for me at least)

@JukemDrawles89 no it actually can. But i think that is the trial version.Maybe it isnt but if it isnt a trial version then it will be not so good. It will still be able to solve the problem though. I am using the Advanced version so tha may be the diference...
