@cnalumni92 yes. But it's might not be a great practice drill, because there will be too much waiting in line. However, if you wanted to work with a few kids at a time, this is an awesome drill to use. CK.
that may be how u do it but def not how u run it...pick up the pace!!!

how far away do i put each cone from the other?

They are all 5 yards apart, so in total you run about 30 yards. CK.
