i got my copy of sc2 today but when i installed it said i needed to install/download the patch so i did but it showed the sc2 name (the start up thing) and the patch didnt install and it said i need to install/download a patch and i kept doing it but it never installs/downloads please help me (and i tried to reinstall but the problem kept coming)

@hobocow43 Try making a new Battle.Net accounts for your dad and brother and let them log in with those, i think all you need is the e-mail and you should be able to play multiple accounts with 1 Cd, you just can't play at the same time. Hope this helps!
