  • I understand this to be chan 2,skip 2 ch and sc in next ch.

then ch 3 skip 2 ch and sc in next ch.

then ch 5 skip 2 ch and sc in next ch

then reverse pattern by ch 3 skip 2 ch, sc in next ch,

then ch 2 skip 2 ch and sc in next ch. continue to repeat.

by the way she started with 164 chains.

I had to look at this one a bunch of times stopping and starting and studying but it is beautiful and I am going to give it a try

  • THIS STITCH IS VERY NICE; BUT I CAN NOT FIGURE IT OUT BY THE COMMENTATOR SHE IS VERY TALENTED. ALL THOSE CHAINS AND NO STITCHES ARE CONFUSING BUT THE AFGHAN IS AWESOME. GOD BLESS!

  • Discouraged srry bout that i might get chewed out for that one at the rate of how everyone is so quick to judge.

  • Dont get discourge on you making your videos. Im a beginer myself and you have to start somewhere rt. Thanks for taking the time to share what you know :)

  • why do u break up the videos why not 10 minone showing how to do a section. That way they how to start it and how finish it and they make it big or small, and looking all over for 1 then2 then 3 is .annoying

  • hmph. got some hooks and yarn from my mother in law last night and still can't figure it out.

Would have been easier to take up drinking.

  • arent you joining with a half double stitch??? none of ur instructions made ne sence...you kept changing the number of stiches each time you repeated an instruction...might want to write out ur script before you hit record...

  • They should have put this in slow-mo. She keeps moving her hands all over, I wish they had written instructions.

  • Hm, I think I am doing a different type of afghan, but I feel proud at the fact I am making an afghan and I am fifteen lol. I will try this when I am done with my current piece =)

  • i read that crochet is so much easier than knitting, by these lamo videos im watching in you tube they are making it much more difficult!

  • its actually not. i grew up knitting (both with needles, and loom knitting) but if you learn from the right person, it is actually quite easy

  • No wonder it's confusing; she's using the wrong terminolgy; she's calling a half double crochet a single chain. there is no such stitch as a single chain.

  • Really I thought she ment,single crochet.Thanks.

  • is there somewhere to get a printed copy of this pattern., i want to try it also. but shes going to fast. any help

  • thank you, but this still seems so complicated for me :(

  • pretty cool i am trying it
