James Irvin sucks and Forrest has possibly the worst style to fight Silva. He likes to brawl, has mediocre takedowns, slow, and his chin isn't the best. Someone like John Jones or Machida as far as striking or maybe even Rashad or Phil Davis as far as grappling are much more compelling.
Some fights he has a chin. And some he doesn't. He had a chin for the first Rua fight, the Rampage fight, and the Bonnar fights. He didn't have one for the second Rua fight, the Jardine fight, or the Silva fight. He didn't have the best one for the Franklin fight (even though he won). There was a reason why brawling Forrest chose to grapplefuck Franklin as opposed to brawling.

@StrongHeart13 True but at the same time aren't guys like Leben and Sonnen the same and I think they are worse because Silva waits til the fight to start the taunting "in the ring" while Leben and Sonnen did it with their mouth before the fight and lost and I think that's much worse.

@vrttlesn Yeah the only way that Leben wouldn't look like an ass is if he won and we know that didn't happen lol, but the fact that Silva went on to fight Forrest and all these others and take the belt and make everyone eat shit lol well that makes it a little better, but also Silva was new and Leben was his first UFC fight so i would have probably talked shit too, a lot off MMA that get into the UFC get fucked up the ass cause UFC is absurdly all pros.
