  • I appreciate your enthusiasm, and enjoy your videos but they move too fast for comfort, Im not young and perky like you. I applaud that level of stamina ...but strong and steady is beneficial too..I would LOVE for you to offer the same deep workout just slower. Thanks

  • after doing this one 5 times a week for 3 weeks i am definitely stronger and i can complete them with almost no difficulty :) i even beat my brother in crunches and pushups and he workouts out 2 hours a day!!! thank yooou for your videos!

  • I love this girl. I was doing pilates for a year before I discovered her videos but I wasn't working out often cuz i found it (my pilates dvds & some videos on the net) very boring, i was quickly losing my motivation. Now with her videos i'm working out EVERYDAY, she's amazing! Thank you!

  • Cassey! I just want to say thank you so much for these! I've been trying to lose weight for god knows how long. I'm 14 so people always yell at me for worrying about eating and whatnot so early but you know how it is. Anyway, I'm going to start doing this summer slimdown everyother day alternating with runningg. I'm so excited I love this workout! time for me to lose tht extra 5 pounds for summer and highschool! youre awesome thanks again :]

    Sometimes I hated you, sometimes I liked you, at some points I was screaming at you. :)

    You totally kicked my butt. It was crazy hard, but the burn was crazy good!!

  • 2 weeks ago I had decided to do double days since I wanna be in shape for Maui in August (wOOt)! And after watching your vids to see what your workouts look like this and part 1 is going to be one of the main workouts along with lifting (Just need to decide which one to do first).   • @tjbrinjak Yeah, I'd figured that out myself :P I saw this video when she first released it & I was like "OMG I GOTTA TRY THIS! THIS IS GONNA BE EAASSSYYY (\(^.^)/)" When I finished it, I was so tired I could barely speak & could walk.

  • That was TOUGH ! I don't know how you can do it without breaks. But I have a question : i've heard you knew to work out at least 45 minutes before fat starts getting eliminated. So this workout or the butt blaster wouldnt eliminate fat ? I cannot imagine such a tough workout not eliminating fat, but... i'm confused

  • I'm a 20 year old hyper active college student and this made me feel like an 80 year old lady with cataracts and a bad hip.

Do you have any workouts that you think might help me strengthen that muscle? As of now I cant even do a push up :/

When I first tried it three days ago my initial reaction was total frustration at how challenging it was, considering I've been working out pretty regularly with you and others for over a year. But I tried it again the next day, and again the next, and lo and behold today I got through the whole thing! I really appreciate your ever-evolving approach to fitness; you're always pushing us harder. Thank you and congratulations on making partner!

    I do have two requests. I live in Europe and have a small space to fit my workouts in. Could you do something on fitting a really great ab/butt workout in a small area? And also a session on all the modifications that can be done to some of the more difficult moves.

  • I had to make a few modifications and it was still SO challenging! That elongated plank made me shakeeee - I love it! Haha, thank you so much for the original and intense (and still somehow fun) workouts!

  • I love this video, well both parts, it's way good. It showed me how strong I really am, I did pilates for a while when I was a dancer, but I stopped when I stopped dancing because I didn't want to remember how sad I was go have to leave dance. Then I decided I wanted to come back and this work out is the first one I've found that really challanged me where I had to use a modifications to not make it too hard. Super awsome!!!

  • Both parts of this workout are INTENSE! Love it so much. What are some exercises that will really strengthen the lumbar region of the back? This workout definitely showed me how weak my lumbar region is.

  • OMG!!!!!!i love your new vids but i have to tell you,Cassey,i try sooooo hard to hang in there but i just can't do all the exercises without a break in between them,at least..and i have been doing all your routines constantly ...oh well..i just have to work harder i guess...still,this is so hard..even my eyelids are sore (all that eye-bulging when it hurts :)) )...i love it!

  • Cassey, your workouts are EVIL!!!! LOL!!! I'm just now trying them for the first time, and they are INTENSE! I keep getting a hitch in my butt when I do the butt-arabesque pose. It hurts a little. Is that normal?

  • @blogilates- It's not really a pain, just tightness. It's tough to explain. It feels uncomfortable and I have to modify what I'm doing to relieve it.
