This looks really good. but how do I do this or dhow does everyone do it? do you guys just put this on a computer and work out along with it? or what?
and how often do you recomend someone to work out using these excercises?
I appreciate your enthusiasm, and enjoy your videos but they move too fast for comfort, Im not young and perky like you. I applaud that level of stamina ...but strong and steady is beneficial too..I would LOVE for you to offer the same deep workout just slower. Thanks
My favorite pilates workout ever!!! I do this 3 times a week and it really leaves me feeling exhausted and satisfied at the end :) I try to do the legs and muffin top one a few times a week too. thankyou Cassey!!!!!!!!!!
I love your workout! You're very motivating and I love that your workouts are intense. I am doing your workouts to tone up- not necessarily to lose weight (I'm 5'4 and 110 pounds) and am doing this work out 3 times a week in proper form. Is that a good amount? Many thanks!

Love this:) i did both videos without any extra break and im still not sore enough to be done yet! time to do more videos!! haha. but i was wondering, when you do that bridge with heels raised, should we skip that move if we have weak ankles...?

2 weeks ago I had decided to do double days since I wanna be in shape for Maui in August (wOOt)! @tjbrinjak Yeah, I'd figured that out myself :P I saw this video when she first released it & I was like "OMG I GOTTA TRY THIS! THIS IS GONNA BE EAASSSYYY (\(^.^)/)" When I finished it, I was so tired I could barely speak & could walk.
That was TOUGH ! I don't know how you can do it without breaks. But I have a question : i've heard you knew to work out at least 45 minutes before fat starts getting eliminated. So this workout or the butt blaster wouldnt eliminate fat ? I cannot imagine such a tough workout not eliminating fat, but... i'm confused
the vids awesome, but I've realised how weak I am at holding my weight - everything in the first 3mins 40ish secs I fall crashing to the ground straight away haaaa!

Then I decided I wanted to come back and this work out is the first one I've found that really challanged me where I had to use a modifications to not make it too hard. Super awsome!!!

Oh...My...GOSH! I never felt sore during a workout until I tried this! I'm sorry to admit I did take 2 second breaks because in the first workout w/ the golf balls my whole body was shaking & my heart was beat extremely fast & when I try sticking it out I was like "She said not to stop & dammit i'm not gonna Stop!" & tears started coming my eyes so I stop for 2 secs. But anyways this workout was AMAZING! Hopefully the more I do it I'll learn to do the whole this w/o stopping :D

I had mixed emotions throughout this workout.
Sometimes I hated you, sometimes I liked you, at some points I was screaming at you. :)

I love your workouts I'm a guy and these workouts really tone my abs my arms my shoulders my calves my thighs and even my but now I know that sounds a little on the off side but I lifted booty is always better than a saggy booty :) thanks so much for creating these videos
