that is NOT possible. he is using some kind of add-on cheat. For the fireball to hit a bunch of times like that, it requirse charging... for fireballs to last THAT long, he needs to recharge for atleast 30 seconds, but what? it was more of a 1-second charge. Impossible. Cheats suck

nah, they set up Mega Man so that his charge takes too long. the combo meter goes away. but it'd be so cool if you could do it though!
