Didn't know these guys were from Sacramento. Sacramento's greatest group ever though was Spiral Starecase (1969- hit song "More Today Than Yesterday".)
We were fortunate to have them perform at the "happenin'est nightclub in Chico!!! Now they are BACK!!! Different, equally as cool, nightclub in Chico, CA!!! Too cool!!!
Classic from my days as a D.J. at Great American Skate, Newington, CT! Shout-out to D.J. Ronny Murray who use to speed-skate backwards to this song after breaking-up with his girl, Mary.
Can you post Steel Breeze's other hit "Dreamin' Is Easy" from the same album? I've been looking everywhere for that song at youtube & I've come up w/a goose egg.
@Tompa8989 I can still buy the song individually at Walmart & post it at youtube if I wanted to & knew how to do it but why it's not at YT is just beyond me? It was a minor hit granted but it still went Top 40.
I saw this band in 1985 at The Talk Of the Town in Vallejo, CA. They were down to just the original keyboard player - but that's not all bad since he wrote this song and sang it! Great stuff.
N eena Blackwood had this song on XMRaido 80 on 8. Awsome tune, Forgot about this lost hit song. I was a freshmen in high school. The 80's were awsome, Glade to have been a part of it.
Just heard this on serious xm 80's as their lost hit. I hadn't heard this since I was 10 or 11 years old. Great song that I forgot. The songs that are barely remembered from the 80's are better than anything today.
Harmonious beats, these were the days where music where great meaning 50's through the 80's, today crap is this rap crap kids music, acting black when there white thats pathethic. wonder why im still stuck in the past, anyways brohiem, rock people in the past i know i will
@jason75 I was born in 1992 and I still prefer music like this over the crap that people find popular, these days... seriously, I don't know how any of people my age like that kind of stuff. It's really just awful. Alot of it is autotuned, too. The new "We are the World" sounds like the original was thrown out on the road, left out in the sun and run over by an 18-wheeler. Lil Wayne sounded like a goat with bronchitis, having a seizure and I don't really care to know who some of the others were.
I remember these guys used to hang at a music store in Sacremento. One hit wonders. I always thought they would make it bigger than they did. Surprised anyone had a copy of this song...
i know the drummer of this band and he is in northern cali the band was destined to go places but they took alot of hard hits and they wer to young to take akk the problems faced in the world of hate and jealosy
I used to spin this tune at The Lonely Lady in Fairbanks, Alaska back in the early 80's. Those were some great time up near the artic circle. Matanuskathunderfuck!
Another great one hit wonder from my time in life!

In 1995, I called in and requested this song on 95.5, WPLJ radio station.
The DJ had never heard of it?!!
I eventually found this on a lost 45's compilation CD and freaked out.
This is an amazing song ~ you have to bop your head when you hear it.
Thanks for putting this up! ;)
