0:51 Aren't you a little surprised you didn't get hit by the axes there? It just looked like they went right through Blaze. I'm not saying it looks like you cheated, just kind of suspicious.
The axes have more of a hitbox if you're aligned with the shadow or below it. Standing above the shadow ensures you avoid them; it looks like a pretty close call nonetheless.
How in the heck do u beat those Blaze look alikes like that? i try hitting them with "adam or axel" but they are always jumping and thowing me, how do u always land when they throw you and is it because blaze hits differently? i cant ever beat the girl bossess with out losing a few lives... lol
@jesterman0488 Tap up and jump to land on your feet after a toss. It won't protect you against slam moves like suplexes, mind you. The back attack (attack+jump) works well to knock over a blaze clone with all of the characters. Throwing them is easiest right after one lands a jump kick, as seen in the video. Blaze has the fastest moving speed and best reach, which is why I use her for this run. In SoR1, the power stat really only affects the combo ending moves, which should rarely be used.
@jesterman0488 I should probably elaborate on the power stat. Power affects the damage output of combo finishers, back attacks, and jump kicks. Poke damage (the bulk of a combo) and throw damage remain static among all the characters. Therefore, power is not as important in SoR1 as it is in 2 and 3.
@XeroShinobi AWESOME! YOU ARE THE MASTER AT THIS GAME! Hats off to you & thanx for the Advice ;). Oh and btw.. when I was watching you beat the bosses, it looks kind of odd that they "Teleport back n forth" when you are Kneeing them... lol. How do u do that? I have a hard time with the Big fire breathing fat guys! Any tips on that? Thanks for your help.
@jesterman0488 The typical repeating knee is performed exactly how one would expect: grab an enemy, knee twice, let go of them by holding the opposite direction, then quickly grab then again before they can move and repeat.
The other type can only be done on enemies that have a rush down, namely the Stage 3 boss and Mr. X. It's the same as the above, only you don't have to turn back around to re-grab the enemy. Simply hold the opposite direction down when you let go and the enemy will be caught
5:28 Again, how did the punch go right through you? blind luck?

@VenusHeadTrap2 I jump kicked immediately on landing. It's generally what one should do when thrown straight into the path of another enemy.

IMO the factory level is easier overall than the freighter one!
