@MagnusBrage - Because most major American cities are made of of suburban towns where cars are efficient. Traffic jams don't get so severe because there aren't super crammed into such little space. I mean look at Denver then look at Moscow. Denver wins 7-10 for me. 3.6 million people. Beautiful city with much things to do. Going to work in the morning isn't such a hassle because there are multiple highway that go in and out of the city . People can live in nice green properties parking trouble.
