Just because he's famous, doesn't mean he has to make himself available to whoever he meets. He must have a schedule of some kind to keep to after all. As LilBrandont pointed out, judging by his body language he did look apologetic and he did actually acknowledge the girl. You can't hear anything that is being said, so to say he just hasn't got time for young fans or that he's rude, is unfair. If you've never met the guy, it isn't really fair to judge.

From what i saw, he stopped, said something to the girl, then bowed his head contentiously until video stops. Im no expert but last i checked some one that bows is showing a sign of respect, shame, or being apologetic. (In this case asking for forgiveness?) If you still don't believe, look at when he approaches the girl. He puts both hands together pointing toward the girl before bowing his head. It doesn't look like he's aware he is doing it either.
