  • @kdsidbury Wow your going to take up for him for because the other presidents where crooks too. two wrongs dont make a right.

  • @kdsidbury lol fail

  • @kdsidbury lol double fail

  • obama sucks.

  • And how are there only 14 dislikes on this shit? Are there only 14 people who have watched this video who realize that this guy is just spouting a bunch of separatist bullshit?

  • @goonodeath separatist? its not about that...this men is a pure racist

  • @toothpickdinner That too haha.

  • @goonodeath don't be such a sheep

  • @whatsername1223 Shiny, shiny mirror my good sir.

  • This Alex Jone's guy is a moron. Disliked.

  • The court fined Berg $10,000 and ordered him to attend six hours of ethics training.[

  • @LITEBRITE65 - proof or it never happened

  • @michaelchristie2008 Prove what ??

  • "Berg was successfully sued for legal malpractice by former clients on whose behalf Berg had neglected to file a response to a complaint in an ERISA lawsuit, resulting in a default judgment being entered against the former clients. Berg responded by bringing into the malpractice suit the plaintiffs in the ERISA action on a claim of fraud upon the court. The ERISA plaintiffs moved for summary "judgment—which was granted after Berg failed to respond to the motion.

  • Alex JoneS does not know what he is talking about. An American child does not lose his citizenship due to the actions of a parent. THAT IS THE LAW. A CHILD DOES NOT LOSE THEIR CITIZENSHIP IF ADOPTED BY A FOREIGN NATIONAL. SHOW US THAT LAW ALEX!!

  • President Obama's parents filled out the school forms not the President. HE WAS A CHILD!!!

  • Go to: Phil Berg. Then: Her Name is Ms Ann. Then: Larry Sinclair. Then: James Manning. Learn the truth.

  • The day someone refers to him as President Soetoro will be the day ll believe that its not all lost and we still have a chance as a society. Until then I ll keep in mind that we re screwed.

  • Someone should bring this issue on 2012 election debates.

  • how about his 6 different social security numbers ?

    why ?

  • Obama is an illegal Muslim from Kenya.

  • muslims and catholic/christians need to unite

  • Another two bills which destroy our freedoms is HR 1388 and HR 2444. So the equivalent of the Hitler Youth is approved. This is not volunteer and if you don't serve for 8 years, you aren't a citizen. Involuntary servitude violates the 13th amendment and it isn't only for the youth, but also for the Baby Boomers.

  • The fact that his stepdad enlisted him as a Muslim student when he was a small child, doesn't mean he remained a Muslim. And besides, it's not like being a Muslim is some evil crime. If he did lie about being a Muslim, can you blame him? Have you seen the rampant Islamophobia in this country? Have you heard the tone of the questions about Muslims in America? "Should Muslims be allowed to build Mosques where they please?", as if Muslims are living here temporarily, and not as bonafide citizens?

  • @MatthewMuhammad : He himself referred to his "Muslim" faith, those are his words..."regarding my muslim faith"... Yes I can blame him for lying about being a muslim... what's wrong with being a muslim? nothing. be if he lies about that so my question is, what else will he lie to us about? the rampant "islamphobia" that you refer to is caused by the threat that all islamic believing countries pose to the U.S. We're simply afraid. and the mosques are a great place for terrorist to hide.

  • @Pokerislife7 I saw that clip. That is called a "slip up." Sometimes people say a different word than what they intended. It happens. That doesn't necessarily equate to "admitting" to anything. If he is a Muslim, then how could he also be a member of that "radical" Church that Sean Hannity and Fox News were harping about during the campaign? And no, he was not practicing "taqiyyah." Taqiyyah in its traditional sense means to conceal one's faith only when they feel their lives are in danger.

  • @MatthewMuhammad Yes it is a slip up, he slipped and told the truth! Just like his wife slipped up and mentioned that Barry's home country was Kenya and not the U.S.! Yes he did admit it!!! People don't accidentally proclaim to be part of a faith that they're not. I'm Christian but I don't say I'm a muslim. If I did, I would immediately laugh about the stupid mistake I had just said and say, I mean I'm a Christian. People don't make that mistake... that was not a slip-up.

  • @MatthewMuhammad Obama's father was a Muslim, he comes from a tribe, the Luo, which are all Muslim. What does that make him? If he actually became a Christian, why then isn't there a fatwa against him calling for his death? Moreover in a private meeting with Egypt's president, he assured him that he is actually Muslim, posing only as a Christian so that he could more easily destroy the US from within. Al Taqiyyah to the hilt. We are not supposed to know. But we are not that stupid.

  • @courag1 Obama's father was a Marxist Atheist, whose father (the President's grandfather) converted to Islam FROM Roman Catholicism. So not everyone in the Luo tribe were Muslims. There isn't a fatwa for his death because he became a Christian in the U.S., which is not a theocracy, and also because he never considered himself a Muslim. And how do you know about this private meeting with Egypt's president, and what was said? Do you have an audio of this meeting? Or are you relying on hearsay?

  • @courag1 And taqiyyah is not about lying about your Muslim faith to take over a country. It is about protecting yourself if you feel your life is in danger for being a Muslim. In the situation where a person is going to kill you if you admit to being a Muslim, you can lie to them to preserve your life, and God is not going to count that against you because you were just saying that to stay alive. People might depend on you at home, and life is sacred.

  • @Pokerislife7 If you are in favor of the establishment of Sharia law, whether through peaceful or violent means, you are a here to undermine this nation. All nations have laws against such behavior as it entails conspiracy, planning and lying so that those in the midst of the fight, look like angels. You're not fooling anyone.

Islam is not a religion, it is a political system with a larger Totalitarian agenda than even the Communist.

Islam ultimately undermines even your freedom.

  • @courag1 I don't have any intentions of introducing "Shariah Law" (which takes at least 20 years of rigoruous study to even comprehend) in the United States or anywhere else in the world. I'm happy with this country not having a mandated faith, and I hope to keep it that way, insh'allah.

  • @courag1 Actually i hate Islam. Not only because I'm Christian and Islam-ism it's a false religion but from what I hear, extreme Muslims are taught that the Muslim faith should be spread by force and war if need be. I can't stand anything about Islamic religion not even Shiria law. Don't worry about me guy. I love this country and I plan on going to military here soon so that I can get my chance to kill some of these Islamic extremists, well not only for that but I simply want to be a warrior.

  • @Pokerislife7 I'm sorry, I thought I was replying to another's post, MatthewMuhammad, I think. No offense. I completely agree with you.

  • @courag1 No problem man. That matthewmuhammad guy is an idiot if you ask me... I really don't like anything he has to say. You don't have to respond, I just felt like sharing that bit of information with you. Have a good one.

  • @Pokerislife7 as a man who was in the military, and by what you say in your post, the military is better off with out you

  • @noliesundead What do you mean?

  • @noliesundead How is the military better off without me?

  • Alex gets some of his facts wrong. Obama's father was RAISED a Muslim, but was an atheist by the time he married and had children. Obama's stepfather was a nominal Muslim from Indonesia (the most populated 'Muslim' country in the world), which is like being a nominal Christian in the U.S. It's the majority religion, so most people there are Muslims. It's nothing to be shocked about. Parents "choose" the religion of their children all the time, but that doesn't mean that they really accept it.

  • @MatthewMuhammad If Obama, sr. had left Islam, he would have been killed. But so long as you serve evil, whether you call it "Allah" or "Humanism" which is also Luciferian, you go to the same place: hell. Obama has whole sections of the Koran committed to memory. Even nominal Muslims do that? Lolo Soetoro took Barry to mosque, he enrolled him in schools where he received education in Islam.

Americans are fools if they believe you. You are hear to get people to doubt what Alex Jones is saying.

  • @courag1 Well Obama Sr. lived in Kenya, and Kenya is not governed by a particular interpretation of Shariah. I have sections of the Bible memorized, but I'm not a Christian. Likewise with the Bhagavad Gita. Lolo Soetoro may have taken the President to the Mosque, but that doesn't make him a Muslim, not that there is anything wrong with being a Muslim. The school he went to was not an "Islamic" school, but he may have learned some things about Islam there. I don't know, and I don't really care.

  • 8:38: "islam-a-cist"?

  • @eyewitness043 I agree with those guy when they said you're an idiot because you absolutely are.

  • alex jones is nothing but a birther conspirator am seriously think all of the birthers need counseling until President Obama is shackled let me know birthers lol it is still sad too me Mr Berg has not been barred from making silly accusations all presidents has showned his birth certificate in campaign and you going to argue with me has not shown his birth certificate? lol i hadnt seen previous adminstation i didnt see it come on guys face he is in there u hate him so much cause he is black

  • @Kevin198898 i believe alex jones, his listeners and phil berg were the same people who were calling for the impeachment of george w. bush. so i dont see how you think that they dislike him just because he is black. why do people like you insist on making something about race when it is clear that it is anything but that? people are becoming so numb to that accusation and it shows how little of an argument you really have when you start with that ridiculous and childish horseshit. come on man

  • @Kevin198898 It isn't a theory when there is clear evidence being presented you idiot. Do your homework so you dont sound like such an ignorant fool.

  • in the old days we didnt have to make shit up when we hated a nigga

we just hung them nigga's an call it a day ,,,,,,,now of days all we do

is say it behind close doors ,,,,,,,,,,,an wouldnt admit we are racist

  • If all this is true, what does that tell you about our government? I mean we all can agree that our gov is some lying cheating, selfish prestigious bastards but something as simple as this can be ass-ed fucked so much, what else in our history are you willing to think about? JFK, Abraham Lincoln, Area51, The reason for SocialSecurity, The difference between a US citizen and a American Citizen? The meaning for Civil rights? yeah its alot to think about!

  • No wonder Obama has an illegal SSN from CT. His regime is a coordinated effort to take over our Nation by foreign entities through the Democratic Party controlled by George Sourlis.

  • Yeah, everybody march and bring your Birth Certificate.. er I mean Chattel Property Subject Slave Document... abd instead of shouting USA USA... shout "Corporation RULES!,,, (don't worry, it means the same exact thing),, oh and dont forget to wave their CORPORATE 'false' FLAG.. y'no, that red white and blue one? VOTING is TREASON!

The "people', dont even know they are sovereign.

  • Is Alex Jones Rush Limbaugh's bastard love child? Look, I'm not for Obama's style of government at all, and normally vote Libertarian, but there is a LAW in this country that says parents cannot renounce US citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Stop using pieces of paper out of context to incite people. You're inciting people to distrust and hate with falsehood and scare tactics - all for a buck - you should be embarrassed by your actions.

  • If the Winds of change should turn ugly, I will stand with Islam. "The Audacity of Hope".

  • Phil Berg and Alex Jones, Barack wasn't adopted, Lolo Soetoro married Mary Ann Dunham in 1964. When you marry someone, there is no need to adopt them.

The Republican party isn't protecting Barry Soetoro! They are simply telling the truth about Barack Obama's background. Do you really think if there was a case against Barack Obama they would not go after him? Give me a break.

I think you two are soo caught up in lies, that you can't get out of it.

  • @PurpleJacketJoker come on purple use your real name forest, forest gump

  • @opiebear Why do people name call when they have no real substantive argument to present?

I've done my own research on Barack Obama, Fox News did theirs and found the birth announcement on the same day Barack was born..

It should be end of story but I know unless some people where there to witness the birth, they are never going to believe he was born in Hawaii

  • @PurpleJacketJoker Fox News did reliable research? What planet are you from? Fox News is well known and open for the bias why would it be any different now?

  • @drewnashty Fox displayed the birth announcements of Obama in a Hawaiian news paper which was in the Honolulu Advertiser on Sunday, Aug. 13, 1961. Check the FactCheck website, I also saw it there.

  • @PurpleJacketJoker Birth announcements are put in papers by parents even if the kids are born overseas. It happens all the time. I used to work for a newspaper that did this. We had thousands of birth announcements from family members in the US who had siblings born in peru, chili, and brazil. It looks like the kid was born in the US but they werent.

  • @Exposethefrauds What about the testimony of the nurse who remembers speaking with the doctor who delivered Barack Obama?

I was looking at my birth certificate.. how does anyone know if mine is a fake or not? Mine can be easily reproduced.

I read about the two court cases involving Barack Obama's citizenship and there is just too many indicators (documents and testimonies) to say that this was all a devised conspiracy to one day make Obama look like a legal citizen to become President.

  • When Barack went to school in Indonesia, he had a dual citizenship. The claim that he gave up his U.S. citizenship when he moved to Indonesia at age 6, is just a lie which only perpetuates the birther movement.

Alex, either you don't know the truth or you are intentionally lying. Look, I hate Barack's policies, being I'm a Conservative, but I support the truth. You're not telling it.

  • His birth name is Barack Hussein Obama II. His birth announcement was in a Hawaiian paper dated the same date as his birthdate Aug. 4th, 1961.

Barry was his father's nickname that he adopted as a boy but his birth name is Barack.

Google, birth announcements Barack Obama and you will see a photo copy of the paper with his parents address in Hawaii

  • Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president. Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.

  • I love it!

While Alex rants and raves about "Barry Soetero", the Obama brand remains untainted. Keep ranting, birthers!

I thabk god for sending us a President (yes, PRESIDENT OBAMA) who has the strength and character to withstand such nonsensical claptrap.

  • A man that intentionally hides his past does it to hide his intended future

A liar by omission is still a liar and is not to be trusted by anyone.

  • It was a joke (thought you might have picked that up), except that I do consider Reagan evil. That said, he wasn't the Antichrist and neither is Obama. Both are just statist politicians. BTW, the appearance of the Antichrist doesn't mean the sudden end to the world, just the start of the devil's reign. Right? So maybe it was Reagan after all.

  • You can't just march on DC. You have to march and then stay there and conduct a Velvet Revolution.

    Go to commieblaster(dot)com/velvet-revolution/ for more.

  • we do not need medical reform; wee needed insurance reform and this bill has zero

  • how do i get a copy of the newspaper?

  • "born in Kenya" "forgery"

All of this inflammatory &/or speculative cr*p

When all that is necessary to know is what the man(B.O. Jr) has already publicly declared & admitted: He is the child of a NON-immigrant, foreigner to the U.S. and as such is NOT an Article II natural born citizen of this nation

  • @kiiifute1 Except for that pesky little fact that nowhere in the Constitution does it say that what a Natural Born Citizen is. Without a legal definition of the term, it can not be used to disqualify anyone from running for President. Nice try.

  • @tgear77 You are obvious now, it has been decided in Federal courts what a natural born citizen is. As if it took a wizard to figure it out, well, maybe you would have to be a wizzard to figure it out. You have failed at trying to hang by the thread in your hand. The information is as readily available to you as it is to all that have the capacity to remark on YouTube.

  • @buttnipped It has never been decided in Federal Courts what a Natural Born Citizen is. There have been cases before the Supreme Court that have stated that certain people are NBC, but these cases have never defined, one way or the other, exactly what a NBC is. Ask yourself this: since it has been public knowledge since 1996 when he wrote his first book that Obama's father was a Kenyan citizen, how is it that no one brought up that he was not, according to you, eligible to be President...

  • @tgear77 (cont) because he was not a NBC during the Election? During the transition? At the Inauguration? Do you honestly believe that the McCain campaign, with all of its lawyers, would not have used this as the ultimate "October Surprise" once McCain fell behind in the polls? And where are the Republicans in Congress, having fought Obama tooth and nail this past year, who could easily, as say you, invalidate all his efforts? Simply put: you are wrong.

  • @tgear77 No, you are wrong. Both in your assumption about my political affiliation, and your belief that Obamas seemingly political "enemies" would necissarily care to expose him. Go on, tell us of how there is no historical validation that political enemies never fail to expose an oponents transgressions, fruads.

  • @buttnipped Strike the word never.

  • @buttnipped So you are saying that Hilary Clinton, after leading the race for the nomination for most of the way and after pumping millions of her own money into the campaign, would keep quiet once Obama pulled ahead? Even though pointing out his ineligibility would have locked up the nomination for her? And John McCain, who said in his autobiography that becoming President was the most important thing in his life and realizing at his age that this was his last shot, would have kept quiet...

  • @tgear77 (cont) about Obama's eligibility even though he was losing the race? That the RNC, seeing McCain falling further behind, would not have mentioned this fact? That John Boehner and Eric Cantor and all of the other Republicans in Congress who have been fighting Obama since he took office, would have kept quiet on this and let him pass Healthcare Reform and the Stimulus? Why would they do this when, according to you, it is so easy to prove Obama ineligible? You make no sense.

  • @tgear77 Why would all the republican candidates that ran for president against Bill Clinton fail to mention the Tyson chicken scandal? Barry Seals affair that took place in Mena Arkansas with his full knowledge when he was govenor there? Whitewater any one? Your telling me I make no sense, and your wearing rose colored blinders man.

  • @buttnipped People brought Whitewater up all the time against Clinton. As well as Gennifer Flowers and other rumored affairs. Clinton just got past it. Don't try to rewrite history because you have no answer for what I asked.

  • @tgear77 You seem to be unable to stay on point. His political adversaries never mentioned Whitewater. Only media that liked him and tried to put a good light on it.

  • @buttnipped Listen carefuly, I know you and people like you, have something to express, I respect that. It is your right. What I can not respect is you utterly deped on your rights, namely in this case free speech, and you attack the philosophy and the very documentation that secures this right and others for yourself and us all.

  • @buttnipped *depend

  • @tgear77 A couple of the mentioned events were big in the news for a short time, but NONE were touted by his political enemies. Even as they were being reported in the news.

  • @tgear77 One more, why was the fact that Hillary arranged an ilegal $300,000 loan to Susan Macdoogle, in a direct conflict of interest of the commitee Hilary sat on, never mentioned by her political adversaries? The list is realy far to long to record here.

  • @tgear77 Listen, you are loosing a chance to understand politicians. They are all about exposing little inconsitances that would tend to hamper their adversaries chances to defeat them. But as far as harping on severe abuses of power, or breaking the law goes, they don't want to point the finger at themselves. Which is what most of them would be doing. as soon as they "expose an adversaries ilegal activity, their adversaries will shoot back.

  • @tgear77 I'm not saying that it has not happened, just that most of those guys have their own stinking skeletons in their closets, and prefer not to stir the pot.

  • @buttnipped So no one bothered to mention Obama's "blatant" ineligibility because they had skeletons in their closets. Yeah, that makes sense. LOL.

  • @tgear77 It seems you lack a basic understanding of human nature, as well as a basic ability to discern information. Obvious for any that read your comments and responses. Debate with you is waisted time. I think you are someone that wants to be elevated to the position of shil, if you are not actualy. But I doubt you are, you don't seem to have that capacity.

  • @buttnipped I misunderstand human nature???? Politicians, with their "Win at all costs" mentality, would ignore a slam dunk elimination of their opponent?Where have you been for the last 20 years? You don't seem to have the capacity to provide one shred of proof to any of your arguments, yet your ego tells you that you're actually winning. Must be nice to be so comforted by your own ignorance.

  • @tgear77 As in the cases mentioned before, for whatever reason they have chosen, "ignoring slam dunks" has a long history. Actualy, I have provided absolute proof, 'tis you whom can not recognize it. The supreme court has decided what an natural born citizen is. I cited the case, you looked it up, confirmed my remarks, and promptly argued I was incorrect. I listed several well known cases where political adversaries did not "slam dunk" the oposition, you claim ignorance.

  • @buttnipped Once again, Minor does not define Natural Born Citizen. It says so right in the opinion. For you to believe that this is "absolute proof" shows how ignorant you are of the law and how asinine you are in your belief. As recent as last year in a case before SCOTUS, Justice Scalia (the most conservative) stated that "Natural Born" meant just being born on US soil. And your belief that McCain sacrificed the Presidency b/c he "had skeletons" shows that you know nothing at all.

  • @tgear77 In defense of my Constitution, the rights of Americans, including yours, I have landed on some pretty ugly lists. If i am going to pay a price for having done so, and I surely will, I am going to spend my energies in other places aside from arguing with you. Either you are a shil, a wanna be, or just plain ignorant. Since you have trouble picking up on clues as well, GOODBYE. Please do flatter yourself that I am running from you, I think it is all you can do.

  • @buttnipped The only lists you are on are those for people needing mental help. Your ignorance and hubris is astounding. You have yet to make one valid point and your have been proven wrong over and over again on just this very thread, but still you act as if you have a triple digit IQ. Obama is eligible, is the President and you need to get over yourself and accept it. Stop posting your moronic views and try to actually learn the facts. Cretin.

  • @tgear77 I started to respond to your latest entry, but I realized, recorded in our discussion here, you have done far more to discredit yourself than I would have the heart to. I see from comments left on your channel, this is not the only place you have done so. Please do reply again, you make my sides hurt and tears roll down my face. But seriously, thank you for the compliments. I must confess, I feel some guilt.

  • @buttnipped No, you realized that you had nothing to respond with. You have yet to make a valid point anywhere in your postings here and have started to slip into the panicky mode of insults and invectives. You should feel guilt for your moronic postings on this thread. If I wrote the inane drivel that you have, I would feel guilty as well.

  • @tgear77 I feel some guilt because I think I have missed a chance to try and help you understand, and I have my doubts as to your own mental stability. I could not feel proud of having dominated you in this debate, the way I have, if so. It seems all you require is a fight, regardless of how incredible your arguments, and to have the last word. So, when you are finnshed writting it, just remember me LMAO.

  • @buttnipped You could not feel proud at all since you have not 'dominated' me in this debate. You have yet to make a point. Every time you are proven wrong, you just go further out on a limb. I love your postings of how Hilary and McCain gave up the election because they have 'skeletons' to hide. Or that you have no idea what is said in Minor, but feel that you have scored points by typing it in. I wonder how deep into the double digits your IQ actually goes. A sad, sad excuse for a man are you.

  • Comment removed

  • @tgear77 I, unlike you have read the decision. It is you that rail without listening. In the latter part of our dicussion, I have tried to show you what you look like. But even this escapes you. You attack without cause, you defend nothing. Even now your only purpose is to engage in oneupsmanship. Either you are merely an inadiquate individual trying to make up some ground on youtube, a troll, or a shil. In either case, You are without foundation, and any thing other than self serving purpose.

  • @buttnipped If you had read the decision in Minor, then you would know that you are wrong. When it states specifically that the Court was not going to define Natural Born Citizen in its opinion, then the case does not define NBC. Butt, it is you that have yet to make a valid point here. When it is shown that you are wrong, you simply ignore it. When your arguments are shown to have no basis, you resort to insults and condescending remarks. I ask you again, show me one fact that supports you.

  • @tgear77 You are afraid. That someone is going to mess up your tidy little picture. You are unawre that as an American we are suposed to be suspicous of our government, and ask questions, and act. All you and yours are saying is "hands of my hero". From this vantage point, you attack whomever raises questions. You are not defending Obama, you are defending your fear.

  • @buttnipped I am not afraid of anything here. Obama is not my hero. Is he doing a great job as President? No. Is he doing a horrible job? No. Is he better than the previous Administration? Definitely yes. Has he lived up to his promises? No. I am not defending a "hero". If you want to argue policies, fine. But you are arguing about his eligibility and providing nothing to back your point. That is the debate I am having with you, but you fail to stay on point.

  • @tgear77 Obama does not meet the requirements, that wich is agrred on in minor vs. Happersett. Born here or not, his father was not. A condition wich according to the constitutionand Minor, precludes him from eligibility.

  • @buttnipped The only thing that is agreed upon in Minor is that people who were born in the US to two citizen parents are definitely NBC, but Minor then states that these are not the only type of people who are NBC. Minor goes out of it's way NOT to provide a definition of NBC. Minor does absolutely nothing to prove that Obama is ineligible. Stop parroting Birther points and find out what is actually written in the case.

  • @tgear77 Ok, Were making progress now. Agreed, Minor states a condition for what a NBC is, and leaves open other possibilities. Other posibilities are not legal authority. What the court did define as a NBC, IS VALID LAW. Lack of decision on other possible definitions does not detract from what was agreed.

  • @buttnipped Nor does it single out only one condition. Face it, Minor does not support your case. Will make this real simple for you (because you obviously need it that way): if you were to ask me who plays for the LA Lakers, and I were to answer that Kobe Bryant does and leave it at that, does that mean that only Kobe Bryant can play for the Lakers and every night it is just him vs. the entire other team? That is what Minor gives you. It is not the definition for NBC.

  • @tgear77 Your obvious limitations bar me from further debate. You are simply not worth the effort. I have other priorities aside from nurse maiding you "day in and day out". The case you cited from Scalia was decided after Obama was elected. It is not retroactive. He was ineligible to run, let alone serve.

my only advice for you is, try to find an honorable reason to express your angst, one worthy of the energy you expend.

    Moving on.

  • @buttnipped Please, scurry away with your tail between your legs. Embarrassing you on a continual basis was too easy and I was starting to feel sorry for your mental-impared self. You have no idea what case I am even talking about because it had nothing to do with Obama or his status. You try and bullshit your way around it, like you have done so often here, without having a clue what the truth is.

  • @tgear77 Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.

    Read it and weep bitch.

  • @buttnipped Where exactly did you get this one from? Since Donofrio has nothing about it on his own website (you would think he might find it important) and a Google search brings up nothing, I have to wonder what you are smoking.

  • @tgear77 So, let us see who's point of view prevails in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Of coarse the case has no merit, thats why they decided to hear it, right?

  • @tgear77 Hello, hELOo. Where did he go?

  • @tgear77 FYI, Constitutional crisis is a concern of mine. Not debating trolls.

  • @buttnipped Well, when you find an actual Constitutional crisis, let me know. As for debating trolls, that is what I do when arguing with people like you.

  • @tgear77 Merley mentioning other possibilities in a decision does not give them legal authority.

  • @tgear77 So, we have a situation where there is a legal definition of what a NBC is. Decided in a court of law. It has been decided in a court of law that a NBC is a person born here of parents born here. Yep, thats right, you said it yourself. This decision we agree was handed down in Minor vs. Happersett. And guess what, Obama does not meet the criterea. You beg for proof, you get it, you agree with it, and then deny it.

  • @buttnipped According to Antonin Scalia, in a SCOTUS case last year, being born in the US is all there is to being a Natual Born Citizen. Are you telling me that you know more about US law than the most Conservative judge on the Court? And what about Wong Kim and the other cases out there that back jus soli? You are wrong about Minor, yet too narrow minded to accept it.

  • @tgear77 Now, go get your friend who has been making some of the remarks atributed to your tag, and have him respond. Because it is becoming clear, there are at least two individuals on your side in this.

  • @buttnipped I am the only one here, butthead. It is just me, kicking your ass on this argument day in and day out.

  • @tgear77 Plase forgive my typing this morng, i'm doing it without my glasses.

  • @tgear77 *morning

  • @tgear77 Personaly, I could care less about the current disapointment in the White House, he is but another in a long line of disapointments. What I stand against is the commonalities and trends represented in the cross administrational paradigm. The policies and laws wich deminish us as Americans, in direct conflict with the docmentation (Constitution) which defines what it is to be an American.

  • @tgear77 I must seriously thank you though, at least you are willing to do SOME research on the matters you talk about. That is a different aproach on YouTube.

  • @tgear77 I am a U.S. Constitutionalist. I believe that the establised political partys, Democrat and Republican, are engaged in a dangerous, injurous, suicidal, and ultimately bloody campaign to reduce Americans Unalienable Rights to priveledges. That ultimately can and will be denied depending on which way the wind is blowing on a day in question. I will fight to the best of my ability to preserve what I believe in. And use information that furthers that battle, no matter where it comes from.

  • @tgear77 *cause rather than battle

  • @tgear77 I was waiting for you on that one bud, thank you. I'm still waiting.

  • @buttnipped What one?

  • @tgear77 1. Supreme Court in the case Minor v. Happersett. As to what a natural born citizen is.

  • @buttnipped Minor v Happersett says in the opinion that it is not the duty of the court in that particular case to define what a Natural Born Citizen is. It says that a child born on US soil to two citizen parents definitely is a NBC, but that it is not the only situation that creates a NBC. Instead of parroting what you read on Birther sites, you might want to actually read the case like I did.

  • @tgear77 On minor vs Happersett, man congratulations, you may take the cake, you prove my point for me, and then still call me wrong. And, your continued insistance that I "parrot what I read on Birther sites" is insulting, to yourself. Ulike yourself I am neither Democrat or Republican, and do not espouse any "party line". Pot calling the kettle black. Grow up.

  • @buttnipped *Unlike

  • @buttnipped Minor specifically states that it will not define NBC. It also states that a child of 2 citizens born on US soil is a NBC, but that is not the only type of NBC. Minor does not prove your point at all. Yet you are too dim to realize that when it is pointed out to you. You are wrong, you moron.

  • This guy is callin obama a phony and i agree but berg is a phony jew. the original jews were black.white jews are imposters

  • Nobody in power has the balls to go after Barry. Instead they will bury their heads in the sand and hope this will all silently go away. Can you imagine ALL THE LAWS That will need to be taken back. The financial and political fallout and the accountability that will come from the re-investigation of all the money spent and all the charges filed against the democrat party.

  • Hi, my name is Remington Draper and I gave my heart to the Lord Jesus Christ in the summer of 2003 because I realized that I had broken God's Commandments and that He was going to judge me by them of judgment day. The same is true for everyone reading this. The good news is God Loves You! and sent Jesus to pay the price for our sins and if you're willing to repent (which means to turn away from your sin) and put your trust in the Lord Jesus only to save you, He will and give you eternal life.

  • Why posts dont appear instantly? I post this 3.54 Texas time :) 8.54 GMT

  • No choice, No Freedom. I'm a slave servant to the state.

  • @idrobinhood Yes and no, by law yes. But not so you feel it yet. There are still to many educated patriots that could not be contained.

  • @buttnipped

Loved your favorite on Proof That America is a Republic NOT A Democracy !!!!

I do believe we are in a Oligarchy system today, with a little of corporatism... Corporations is the shadow behind the Oligarchy system.

  • @idrobinhood me too. I love to lick the boots of shriveled old white haired men and their whitey old white order, driving around with their shriveled weenies in limo's drinking blood from all the soldiers and the 20 mil they make a piece for each dead one! That's hot.

  • Alex Jones, you always held a certain credibility with me, but now that you're going into the "obama is not a U.S. Citizen" movement, I just begin to question your motives. Yes, you repeatedly highlight his Muslim religion as a child, do you get it, as a child, he had no control over what his religion was back then, and in any case, there is nothing wrong with being Muslim, Islam had the earliest forms of civilization that were blatantly copied by western Europe. You never raised an issue w/ Bush

  • @tuumz, what do you mean when you say Alex never raised an issue with Bush?

Bush's citizenship was never in question. However, Alex took Bush's feet to the fire on a million other topics including, I think, the legitimacy of both his presidential "wins."

  • @tuumz Holy moly, ok. Why is Obama hiding documentation that would prove or disprove theese alegations? No other president has ever done that. Before you write back and say he is not hiding anything, what do you call his sealing the documentation in question. He makes jokes about people saying he's not American, and continues to hide the documents that would prove his point. Oh yeah, there is nothing suspicous there.

  • @tuumz By the way, the documentation in question is suposed to be public information. In a presidents case most especialy, we have the right to examine them. Sealing them from public scrutiny is an extra extraordinary action. At the very least, being that rightful examination has been denied, he genuinely owes us some kind of explaination. Wich he has neither offered, nor is forthcomming. Theese being the circumstances, what have you to offer for an explaination?

  • @buttnipped First, Obama did not seal his Birth records. That was done by the State of Hawaii, as it does for every Hawaiian citizen. Second, no, a President's personal documents are not public information and we have no right to examine them. Just as I have no right to poke my nose into your personal records, you have no right to see Obama's.

  • @tgear77 OH ho ho, on the contrary bud.

Firstly, Americans have every right to determine the validity of their political candidates.

Secondly, the hospital in Hawaii denies they posess documentation of his birth. At first they where exited when Obama wrote them a letter saying he was proud to have been born there. So they got proud. They advertised the fact, raising all kinds of money. Until some one at the hospital got to digging and found there was no documentation to support his claim.

  • @buttnipped Sorry, but Kapaolani was proudly using the fact that Obama was born there until the White House asked them to stop. Stop getting your info from World Net Daily and try using the facts. Secondly, no, we do not have the right to examine personal documents from our politicians. There are proper venues for their validation and Obama would never have made it to the White House without being eligible. Get your head out of your ass.

  • @tgear77 The hospital then admited they could not substantiate the claim. Beyound that, he DOES REALIZE this is an issue. He DOES NOT come forward with proof of his eligibility. And just for a kicker, the U.S. Army rather than court martial army officers refusing to deploy on the grounds that Obama has refused to prove his legitamcy, has changed the orders of the officers in question. At least in Federal court case, the court has substantiated the army officers action.

  • @buttnipped Stephan Cook, the officer you are talking about, was a reserve officer serving on volunteer status. The Army did not change policy for him. He always held the right to refuse to deploy without fear of court martial. Yet he chose to join the lawsuit against Obama. The case never got to Federal Court, it was dismissed. The judge in this case is the same one who fined Taitz $20, 000 for filing such a nuisance suit. The best part about all of this is that Cook, whose civilian job....

  • @tgear77 (cont) was with a military contractor working with the Dept. of Defense, lost his security clearance because he filed suit against Obama. So now, thanks to Orly Taitz and his own stupidity, he is out of a job. Bet he loves the fact he signed up for the nuisance suit now. The court laughed at him, the Army shook their head at his stupidity, and his employer fired him. What a moron.

  • @tgear77 Currently, all military personel are volunteers, there is no draft. No one, reserve or regular forces, are "volunteers" after their name goes on the dotted line.

  • @buttnipped There are all sorts of volunteer servicemen and women. You are clueless.

  • @tuumz it's not the Muslim kid shit...its the lying ADULT stuff, k? K. Bye

  • @tuumz yeah he did. He said NEO Con's are not neo conservative's it's a secret Satanic name.

    Wrong again.

  • @tuumz One more point, and I'll leave you alone. Whether you feel like he is or not, he's making a fool out of his supporters as well. By refusing to establish his legitimacy, or admit he is not legitimate and just getting on with what ever is next, he's putting people who like him in the position of supporting some one who has not established himself. Making them morons for not being aware enough, or care enough to to support a rightful candidate.

  • follow his mothers passport

  • OBAMA stands for..

    One Big Ass Motherfucken Alien!
