I'm having trouble trying to upload on to YouTube - I make the movie, then it goes through the Upload in Progress, but then at end very end I get an error message saying "error:Failed to publish your project to the web. This may be an internal issue with the video hosting provider."

My Advice for UK Users. Don't buy it. i had mine for 2 years now and its too much trouble. £80 for the platinum. Buy the Roxio GameCap.. Best and easiest i have ever sen. 10 minutes and it was up and running ready to record.in HD as well.

@Rockchickliverpool The image that you capture will save into file within your computer memory and you will have to find it by either looking through different files, (which is mainly saved into Videos), or you can look within the Pinnacle Studio's under different sections, such as Save As, to find where to video saves to

Brilliant tutorial thanks - if it wasn't for you don't think I would ever have got it to tape from Xbox - thanks. If anyone gets stuff turn everything off, then when you reboot it should be fine. One question once we have set the video filter, once we start recording the screen goes black n white again so I had to go back into video filter again to change it - what can you do to make it stay recording in colour do you know?

@Rockchickliverpool Nothing this will always happen. Once it starts recording it will go back to black and white. Therefore you will need to go back to AM CAP and change it to Secam_B again =D

@SwingCasterFilms If this doesnt work i really dont have a clue! It will most probably be the Drivers for the Dazzle, in which this case you need to re-download the drivers through the disk which come with the Dazzle

@StuntinBeeto Your problem is the component cables. You have to be playing through avi. you can still use the component cables but need to only use the red, white and yellow leads and then play through avi in 480p. message me back if this doesnt work

Also when i play with my component cables my tv is slow and gets a little laggy compare to my vga cable. Is there anyway to fix that?

@StuntinBeeto You cannot play through component. Only AVI. AVI is through the Red, White and Yellow cables only, or through a Scart Cable. However there are AVI leads connected to the Xbo 360 Component cables. So just use the Red, White and Yellow cables on the component ones you have

Ok, i have a problem, after i record a video and it saves into my pinical studio (when u edit it) and i play the video, the video will speed up then go normal speed and then speed up and the go normal speed... Idk if this is my computer or if i am doing something wrong... Its kinda like a spazzy video... Any help?

@PreOwnageGamers I have no idea why this would happen if you follow the steps from the video :/. the only thing i can think of is within your editing software as i know certain systems such as Camtasia sometime do this through certain features which you may not have personally selected

@lolzlmao11 You cannot use the HDMI cable you need to use the xbox AVI cable and then use splitters withan AVI (which is the white, red and yellow cables) extension cable

@SWAGxPLATYPUS Unfortunatly i dont know how to make this work myself but i have a few ideas on how to get it to work. Firstly i would recommend that you just close down Pinnacle and open it back up again to see if it reads the device. If this doesnt work then try re-installing the pinnacle studio as some parts of the device may be corrupt or unsuccessfully installed. Also please ensure that you have it actually plugged in to your computer/laptop and make sure your not playing in HD or HDMI

@biggermrbrute Its impossible to play from your dazzle screen as it will always drop frames its essential to have splitters. Also you need to render the image into 720p through software such as Sony Vegas as it only capture 720p images from DVD's like it is suppose to as it is not specifically designed for xbox 360

@xSHAD0WENx Firstly ensure that you are not trying to play in HD (anything over 480p) or have the HD setting switched on with you xbox. Also you cannot play through a HDMI cable. Although the dazzle records a HD image it will not let you play and record the HD image at the same time and therefore you need to play in standard defenition. Also simply closing down the programme and re-opening it sometime helps with this problem. If not check that all the device drivers are working and up to date =)

@ShaddowMaann Sometimes this happens to me as well all i do is close it down and re-open it back up. However if you mean the input freezes when you start recording all you do to stop the recording is close down the recording section of the studio.

@ShackaNooey Firstly you need to ensure that you have not got any HD cables plugged in to your xbox and no HDMI cables. Secondly you need to ensure that you have you device capture set to Dazzle DVC 100 (thats if you do have this device) and then thirdly you need to ensure that on the AM capture the device selected is again the Dazzle DVC 100. If all this is done check you Devices section under Control Panel and ensure that the Dazzle DVC 100 drivers are all currently up to date and not broken

@Chorbit024 Make sure that you have no other devices plugged in. Also ensure you have the latest Windows update installed. Then make sure you have no other devices plugged in when you are clicking it such as Web Cams as these can all contribute to the import button freezing
