to keep a mascara from drying you can put the mascara under running warm water and it will still work the same way.

It does dry out but after 2/3 months I mix a tiny bit of water into the product and I can use it for another month or more. Try it out! It works!

I have been using this mascara for 11 years - I have tried many other brands, but nothing compares, I always end up going back to this! A small tip -If you read the leaflet in the box it tells you to clean the wand with a tissue every week - this definately helps with the longevity of the mascara, it stops it from going gloopy before its time! Its a fantastic mascara! Highly recommended! The only downside I suppose is the price - then again, if u want quality sometimes u have 2 pay for it! :)

bought it yesterday - makes my lashes look AMAZING. the only thing i hate is the smell - some people like it i guess but i hate it so much i'm considering returning. makes me nauseous. but i figure, the smell goes away after about 30 minutes. don't know whether i should return or not...

i'm asian and this was the problem that had was my lashes...and finding the mascara,,it at first went on well but didn't keep my lashes curled,it actually went pin straight after a few hrs..i curled my lashes and used a primer...but i did finally fined the mascara for me which is shiseido lift....Ysl has great products but this one was a no...for me...

This is MY holy grail mascara as well. Freaking AMAZING! The tube gets clumpy quickly (a month) but warm it by rubbing it between your hands for 30 seconds to extend the product life!

Yes this is my HG of mascara... I have tryed EVERYTHING out there from all the dior ones to shu eumura, lancome, estee lauder, you name it... and LOVE the scent, which I think the bronze universal from chanel is the same, but yes, does volumize adds lenght, everything you said... I just want to try the divinora mascara from Guerlain and if that one does not top this one this will become the HG forever....

It has become very apparent that I REALLY need to try this mascara! Although.. I find it hard to spend a lot of money on mascaras when I am sooo happy with drugstore brands (such as lash stiletto and voluminous)!

Keri got me to try this and I haven't looked back since. Its frickin AMAZING!! I*ve never had compliments on my lashes until I started wearing this. The best money ever spent on a mascara for me!! Great review as always girl!

I didn't really like the L'Oreal Voluminous and took it back...but that was before I was using the Lilash so maybe my thoughts would be different on it now. :)

I don't like the mascara in black so much...just because of the cost and i find that some cheaper black brands are just as comparable. However, the YSL in blue is stunning! I love the effect that it gives and i would buy it in blue...but not in black. I'm not sure if the formula is different...(shouldn't be) ..but i do love the blue ...a HG blue mascara :)

I've used FC mascara before and it's always been my favorite mascara of all time. I've been trying a lot of drugstore mascaras lately (trying to save money and inspired by YT videos) but the YSL is the best, in my opinion. Good video.

Hey hun! Just a heads up on this mascara...Yes, it is wonderful, BUT, it dries out SOOOOOOO fast. And I mean, like 4 weeks, or maybe a little longer, but it goes bad very fast.

I agree that the YSL Faux Cils is a very nice mascara, I loved it too when I first bought it. I found it smudged a bit as the day wore on, but it gave such pretty lashes that it was forgivable. It does dry out faster than the norm though. But it really is a nice mascara. I always though it smelled like soft roses.
