First Child - Mary Tudor who became Queen Mary I (Bloody Mary)
Second Child - Elizabeth who became Queen Elizabeth I
Third Child - Edward who became King Edward VI
Henry VIII was also believed to have fathered at least two illegitimate children - Henry Fitzroy, Duke of Richmond and possibly a son called Henry by Mary Boleyn.
So...Umm...Someone wanna explain who Princess Caroline is? Last I checked, Henry only had two daughters called Princess: Mary and Elizabeth. Please do get your facts straight.
Henry VIII had six recorded pregnancies with 1st wife Catherine of Aragon, only two lived beyond birth, Henry and Mary. Henry died at 52 days old and Mary reigned as Queen dying at 42 years. 3 recorded with Anne Boleyn of whom only Elizabeth lived beyond birth to become Queen, dying at 69 years and 1 with Jane Seymour, who was Edward and became King dying at 15 years. And a bastard son, called Henry Fitzroy, who died aged 17. People who think they know it all, really annoy those of us who do :)
As interesting as this is, there is no Princess Caroline with regards to the Tudors. I've studied them for years and have yet to come across anything like that.
Katherine and Henry did have other children who died one or two of which were children who were stillborn or died in infancy. Their names? I don't know. And, I do mean Katherine of Aragon.
ok but i still feel this is a ghost. Has more research on the castle revealed anything? usually somehting comes up if you do good research. but then it was along time ago.
Yeah right. 1:37 we see your reflection in the window. You think we believe that you held a camera to the window for several hours? I don't think so. #Fail
Thanks for the info...my sense is this is a real ghost. It was in Leeds castle which
Elizabeth I was imprisoned for a while when she was younger. That much info by itself does give cause for wonder about this...in Renaissance Europe children destined for some type of nobility position. I would love to find more info and see if i can learn more about the child.
@tmmy773 There was no princess Caroline. Henry's1st Wife Catherine of Aragon had 3 boys and three girls: One stillborn daughter in 1510, Then prince Henry who only lived a month, a stillborn son in 1513, another Henry who lived even less than a month in December 1514, Then Queen Mary in 1516, and another unnamed daughter in 1518 who died within a week.
@tmmy773 Anne Boleyn had Elizabeth I and then a stillborn son before she got executed. Jane Seymour had Edward VI and died in childbirth. Henry had no child with his other 3 wives Anne Of Cleves, Katharine Howard and Katherine Parr.
@Danny30011980 But he did have children outside of marriage. Henry had two children out of wedlock. The first was a son born to Elizabeth Blout in June of 1519 and was given the name, Henry Fitzroy. Henry later titled the boy, Duke of Richmond. He died July 1536 at the age of 17. Historical rumor also claims that Mary Boleyn, Anne's older sister and Henry's mistress, gave birth to a son also named Henry. The King never claimed him as he had Henry Fitzroy. W/ that said-this vid is full of___
@tmmy773 "That ghost video on YouTube, if it is true, is of some other random child. Not some mythical secret Princess of Henry's. The fact that Caroline was not an English Princess name during Henry's reign should be a give away that this video shuld be viewed with some level of scepticism." Information source: Internet. Sorry to burst the bubble. That girl -if this clip is real- has noting to do with Henry VIII.
Enrique no tuvo una hija llamada Caroline, al menos que haya sido bastarda

Even if the ghost is not a relation of Henry's, it's still pretty cool footage.
Definitely something there (provided it's not faked).

Someone's child died in that room, whether or not it's the Kings blood or not. Some poor little child is looking for it's mother and that's very sad.
