In response to PlayingLame, I am happy to say that the Vultures do not see this as a "one-and-done" project. From what i've read all signs thankfully point to more records in the future~I love the album, gets better with every listen!~ and I don't think egos will be a problem. Josh and Dave are at the point in their life where theyre able to jump from project to project so...hopefully it won't be too long before the next Queens... record. Can't wait to see you fellas in Oakland on the 19th!!!

man if i wasn't a masive QOTSA fan i would never have heard about this at all, they seem to be keeping the album close to their chest to.

Perhaps they are intentionally keeping away the hype of a 'supergroup' which killed ego bloated outfits like velvert revolver.

I think so as well, however, I would be suprised if any of these guys intend to keep this band going on past one record ,so egos shouldn't be a factor regardless of the hype. Homme (hopefully) will round up the queens in the near future to give me the fix I need, As for velvet revovler, those pack of ballbags were destined to fuck up as clearly all those guys had drinking/drug problems- the lead singer weighed about 140lbs by the end of the first tour....
