This is a long tradition in northern turkey near black sea. First they catch mole cricket by injecting soap water to their nests. They use mole cricket as bait in the trap shown in video. It is hang by a rope and it keeps moving around in the trap. Trap itself has loops made out of fishing lines. Red-backed Shrike moves in to eat it and got caught at the hooks by the claws. Now they use Red-backed Shrike to lure sparrow-hawk onto nets and catch them. Finally they use hawks to hunt quail.
