  • yeah me to this is cool magical movies fun with buttitred pop corn and a sprinkle of salt

  • the ending was such a warm Hallmark moment :-)

  • Amazing....I haven't seen this movie since I was a 6 or 7 year old in the mid 80s. I remember being terrified of that old couple. Very cool to see it in full and with a nice clear picture.

  • WOW!! I started at part 1 and could NOT go to sleep till I finished the movie. OMG this takes me BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!! I remember this movie on HBO all the time when I was like 3 or 4. Didn't understand it then, now I am like, WOW! Haven't seen it since I was about 3 or 4. Thank you so much for bringing me back to my childhood!! This is AWESOME!!

  • @mcgmark What are you talking about? What's missing? I don't remember anything else, and this was one of my absolute favorite movies when I was a kid.

  • @mcgmark I have no idea if you are right about something missing, but do u really have to come off as such an jerk about it?

  • @dtester Are you mad?

  • @mcgmark yes, dodge the question. The poster takes the time to upload the movie for all of us and you can't even nicely point out that you believe the movie ending is incomplete?

  • @dtester And on top of that I think I may have been wrong. LOL

  • @mcgmark lol, ah well, mistakes happen.

  • dad always wins the title of hero.

  • you know its a good ending when you get goosebumps

  • Cool guys don't look at explosions.

  • Jack Flack's "Death" and the Ending of this movie still get me....great film.

  • Why is he just casually walking away from the plane after it explodes? Shouldn't he be sprinting as fast as he possibly can?

  • @DanimalBr true true and double true I know I would be running away from a exploding plan but hey its holiwood

  • How Davey's Dad survived the bomb attack is beyond me, but this featured one of the greatest moments in video game/film history.

  • i love this movie

us kids these day dont know anything about our imagination.

thats why im so glad i have such a big imagination and was always tought how to use it

  • My little brother and I would force my mom to rent this movie for us every friday night and then would spend all day saturday running around town with our backpacks loaded with "spy stuff". I am so happy to have been a child of the 80's. Kids today have no idea how they have been robbed of an imagination.

  • @SkyHigh796 You're right, and it shows look how dumb kids are today. I always remember the Genius quote "Imagination is more important than knowledge"

  • @SkyHigh796 "I am so happy to have been a child of the 80's. Kids today have no idea how they have been robbed of an imagination."

Tell me about it. Movies like this were original! Now, it's all just remakes, reboots and movies based on yet another comic book. Ugh.

  • LOL You just KNOW there's a green screen there!!! XD

  • look...at those...special...effects....:P i loved this movie when i was younger

  • These old movies make me remember what America was like. To be able to turn back time again.....

  • @RacerXGTO

America has never changed... when you see it thru the eyes of a 7 year old. It is you, me, us everyone that has grown up, gained responsibility, debt and followed politics. Simpler times are still there. Turn off your tv, stop reading the paper, stop driving a car, ride a bike and do chores for an allowance. The America you remember is still there.

  • @RacerXGTO Populated by schizophrenic murdering kids and cold war paranoia?

  • how did davey's dad get out of the plane before it exploded?

  • @jf1gd2 Magic.

  • Superb movie about childhood heroes. Every kid ends up breaking his favorite toys. Thanks for the upload!

  • awesome movie....i actually tried lookin for the video game for the atari 5200 when i was a kid, but found out it was just a 5200 cartridge with a cloak & dagger logo on it.....i was bummed.....but i played the arcade version...........lol

  • isn't it peculiar that Dabney Coleman looks just like G Gordon Liddy?

  • I love how he just strolls out of the explosion like he's talking a walk in the park.

  • GREAT movie. One of my favorites. Why can't they make movies like this anymore?

  • cause it all sucks today. its all computer effects and bullshit 80s was a great time..from music to movies

  • great movie thanks for bringing back my childhood memories. I use to watch this on the Movie channel back before HBO had reached our area.

  • Thanks for bringing back some great memories. I haven't seen or thought about this movie in many, many years. Thanks so much for sharing!

  • Thanks for uploading :)

  • what a great movie.i loved this as a kid its still good.

  • 2:40 classic music

  • Yea I agree. The music is excellent, and like this movie, very underrated. I've been looking for the soundtrack everywhere

  • old peeps and electronics never mix!

  • the last 15 seconds took 46 seconds XD

  • love that

  • the last 26 seconds on the bomb took about a minute.

  • when henry cries, he looks sooo cute, GOD I CAN'T GET ENOUGH FROM THAT KID! have you seen his audition for E.T when he was a little bit younger? MAN he's a really good actor, no one like him this days (makybe dacota but nehh, NO ONE COMPARES TO HENRY!)

  • U are right. I saw the audition tape for Henry. I never forgot it. The kid was amazing. I wonder why he wasn't successful in his later years.

  • AND FINALLY FOR THE LAST TIME, THANKS SOOO MUCH FOR UPLOADING THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you are a real henry thomas' fan, so thanks for that!

  • When I was a kid like 8 years old. I always would cry at the end of this movie ha lol!

  • I would cry when Jack Flack died! Do you remember the movie "Short Circut 2" about the robot? I cried on that movie when he was vandalized.

  • Yeah I saw that movie but it was along time ago. I do remember when he was vandalized. He still got the bad guys though ;) Go Johnny 5!

  • Yes, I'm actually looking up those movies as I'm writing this. I guess all those movies came out 'round the same time. I'm also looking for the Police Academies. :D

    Benson and Tonic

  • thanks for the movie man! 1995 was when i saw this flick.

  • I think was 1985 was I saw this movie. It was a favorite for a long time. Along with the "Muppets take Manhattan" and "Neverending Story".

  • I watched my videotape recording of this so many times. It was great to see it once more. :)

"I don't know, this is like a REAL car!"

  • Right. We had to throw away a lot of great movies on VHS.

  • AWESOME!!!!

What a great way to spend some time on a Sat Night! Such a Great little movie!
