  • ive been doing crossfit for a few months now and this would be a pretty intense circuit...but they would kick you out if you moved that slow...this is a muscle crunching workout tho...but intensity is the heart and soul of workouts like this...keep it up

  • Pretty good circuit. Imo, I would bump up the intensity a little. Your transition between exercises is a little slow. How many circuits do you do with this routine?

  • I do 3 circuits without rest in between. I'm pretty gassed by the last set.
