This type of almost accident was very common for me too. They use no blinker and no looking over the shoulder to check the blind spot. I usually use my horn when they start coming over. But I am always paranoid someone is going to do it really quick and put me into a guardrail.

you need a nice loud aftermarket exhaust pipe. I drive on the freeway everyday and don't seem to have as much of a problem with people not realizing that I am near them. I have passed people on the freeway doing all sorts (reading, texting, using cell phones, eating) of things in their car other than focusing on driving. having a louder exhaust seems to wake people up to the fact that they are not the only ones on the road. Stay alert and Safe.
