More trouble than its worth. Only works in Administrator, then asks for serial code, once authorized, it just says something about past life shit.

@FXshortFILM On the side tab, there should be tabs, called [Box],[Sphere] etc, these tabs should be in a window called 'Object Type', above these tabs in 'object type' is a list of plugins u can scroll through, scroll through to the last 1, its called RayFire

Tried this one and it doesnt work with 3Ds Max Design 2012.... I downloaded the demo and it worked fine. But it was the demo.... Does this version only work for 3Ds Max 2008 or can it work for all others 2009, 2012.... Anyone have any idea? I keep getting the runtime error: Read past end of file.

every time i click the "open rayfire tool floater" button, an error like this appear:

@floatingoxygen had the same error just install rayfire in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20??\ and NOT IN C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20??\plugins\ because the installation will automaticly install in the plugins folder

@hermanoscabra You would have to make an animation and composite it into your real footage. If you want to use RayFire for anything, you're going to need to make an animation.

I have to start to mess with it, cause atm i cant do anything.. But the important is that it works perfect at 3D Max 2010. It dosent ask for the serial at start up of 3D Max, but after i try to run it it asked, i typed 1337 and boom.. Ty bro!
