well.. You can choose one layer in auto route.. All you have to do is live only the one layer you want.

you can pick the cooper side, just go to:

1) tools

2) desing rule manager

3) net clasess (tab)

4) change the option in "layer assignment for autorouting".

Hi! Great tutorial! Is there a way to change all pads at once in a board? or we have to do this one by one?

I wish I knew that answer. In eagle, it is so easy to edit these templates at once. I wish Proteus would also implement customizations for pad and tracks to change them all at once.
