It has been awhile since I've messaged you. I've been off and around and exploring.

Watching your videos again makes me happy. It's not so much what you say but who you are that comes across and I'm grateful to have that good vibe in my life again. I feel it reverberating through me. It's a softness that feels ancient. Like a flower with roots that go down a mile into the earth.

omg, I'm feeling such frustration and anger today and I'm hoping to take some of your wisdom with me to deal with a stress filled situation that is inevitable. i will try. honestly try. there are a few people in my life right now that are not my favorite people. but today i will try very hard not to think ill of them and to send blessings to them. perhaps it will allow me to let go of some of the anger i feel towards these couple of people. thanks for challenging me to look inside and try something that is really hard for me.

Thanks for a wonderful video, Diana! I agree with what you are saying - I believe that if we can feel/show compassion and understanding for/to individuals who behave in negative ways towards us, not only do we retain our own integrity, but we also give them an opportunity to regain theirs.

Totally agree, spiritual teaching says love your enemies. look for the teaching in the past and learn from it in a positive way. Stay balanced as you walk your tightrope.
