Hitting them with CB before NS will actually increase the damage on NS. Bet u coulda cut a few seconds off that jungle if ya did that!!!

@Flamey678 yes, on most chars. a few exceptions could be ww or fiddles but runes still help their jungle alot. ANd dont buy runes till lvl 20...ever.

@lord6617 From what I can tell, he did not because he would not be able to smite red. He was on the 2nd golem w/ smite up at 5:15. Which means smite would not have been ready by 6:20. He smited red at 6:15 for the kill. So with those extra 5 seconds he would have taken alot of additional damage while smiting golem would have negated additional damage that he was going to heal anyways.

For runes, should try replace one damage mark with armor pen. Because it'll be 1 damage off for 2 armor pen. That's what people do for attack speed armor pen too. Instead of 15% attack speed and 10 armor pen, they do 14% attack speed and 12 armor pen.
