Only Wario? How about me? Using a kart, I beat this ghost by two hundred and five miliseconds. I used Daisy+Wild Wing. My time is 2:04.595. I like Daisy because she's fast and she has a handling and mini-turbo boost. So Daisy can drive this smoothly as well.

Did you mean this ghost? Well, no. You have to beat the normal staff ghost. The unlock time for this ghost is about 2:15.

staff ghosts are the replay of the nintedo staff racing the track in their best time. There is one staff ghost on each track in time trial mode on single player and you have to beat that ghost around the track by more than 7 secs to unlock the expert ghosts. Unlocking expert ghosts also unlocks characters, karts and bikes.

I figured it out now. You have to beat the "Unlock Time" It says in this videos description. So in Wario's Gold Mine you would have to beat 02.14.932, then you get the expert staff ghost.

Man, that time is insane XD I'm having issues just trying to get the time required! Light characters are too slow even with the bullet bike, my usual strategy of medium with the mach bike survives well but still can't pass the finish line quick enough, and heavyweights can't even turn decently enough whatever the vehicle.

now i beated the staff of the folowing stages. bowser castle cocunut mall. luigis curciut. this stages ranbow road (my hardest). peach's garden DS....that all i still couldeent beat the rest though. i did copy what the staff did. so that why i won on some.
