  • could it be an arthrogenic gait? when a patient is said to be hemiplegic, one of his/her upperlimb is carried across the trunk.

  • @arvin3388 i agree, this is an arthrogenic gait since the patient was vaulting ont the right leg while circumducting on the left leg

  • This does not look antalgic-where is the pain? I see spastic hemiplegia with circumduction.
