If anyone else said what Gerard said about being 'one of the greatest bands in the world' to some people, I would've thought that was really conceited, but you can tell just from the way he says it that he doesn't mean for it to sound arrogant. You can tell he's still modest, only now he's just more confident, and I really respect that.

I'm so glad MCR made this album. I truly feel like I've grown with them, and so do many other fans. I personally feel like I've grown from a place of darkness in my life, to a place where I'm ready to be happy. To let light and color into my life! I've listened to MCR since "Bullets", and have found every song since then to be beneficial to my life in some way or another. My Chemical Romance is one of the few bands to still use ART as the weapon :)

I admit, the first few weeks after the album release, I wasn't a big fan of it. I kept thinking "man, this is just such a change in sound and style...I don't know if I can come around to it." But I kept listening to it on and off It was probably because I just wasn't getting it, I couldn't get what they were saying at first. So I sat down and just read every lyric to every song while listening and then I really started to fall in love with it. I am still a proud MCR fan of almost 6 years now!
