@KaleidoscopicKitty i don't think she means it like that, it's just that some people on youtube have extremely long nails and they do their designs on it, and some people will never manage to get them that long so the designs are really hard to do. Also she doesn't say those people are freaks, just that their nails are sometimes just so long that it isn't normal anymore... if that made any sense :P
