I would say within 15-20 years we will have finished the code and aging will no longer exist, and life expectancy will be up drastically(hundreds of year's).

When x men 3 came out I saw on the discovery channel a special like this but they were showing how super human powers like in the movie can be real. The coolest power they showed was a drug that made flies which live normally one day live over 300+ days. Then the scientist said that they are 100% sure they'd have it done for humans in less then a decade, but in order for it to work you need to be in your mid 30's.
