Omnivorous by nature? It would be more accurate to say that people are IGNORANT by nature. People have been engaging in unhealthy ways of life for ages, till it's proven that they have been doing their bodies wrong. It's been scientifically proven that eating meat contributes to health problems including certain types of Cancers which CAN be avoided by eliminating meat from your diet. Do research if you don't believe me. More and more people have been becoming vegetarians.

Yes I believe in you and I totally agree with that you says! I always defended the idea that eat Corpses, definitely not bring benefits to the human organism, But some people still defend the absurd notion that "Meat contains nutrients essential for human body and bla, bla, bla..."

Supplements, which according to them (and the marketing of the meat industry) claim miss in a vegetarian diet. Oh yes, of course! "nutrients "to strengthen the cancer and deadly diseases.

Anyway, I disagree with Anna's message, I believe eating Animals is perfectly ethical as long as they are slaughtered in a humane, and ethical way.

But how many animals are slaughtered in humane and ethical ways anymore? The days of most meat coming from hunting or family farms are over in America. Almost all of America's meat comes from factory farms, which are anything but humane or ethical.

As for humans being omnivores, that's mostly true. But we, unlike other animals, can choose to be herbivorous and still be healthy. The only real reasons to continue eating meat are taste and habit, and those are not good enough reasons.
