To keep my phone organised i use an iPhone.

LauncherPro's taskbar thingy.

It can hold up to 15 apps and is really easy to navigate.

That combined with the rest of the LauncherPro UI gives you loads of room for all the app shortcuts you need to place.

@mtr2k Shitty IPhone? Hahah just seeing this video reminds one of how amazing the iphone is.. This is wackzilla ... Android is too clunky for my taste, and definitely not as sensitive and polished. This is just an example of that. Similar to a linux box vs an apple computer. Oh well, not getting into this debate just saying this shows the exact reason why i'd never get one of these pointless phones (For all you true geeks out there tho android is the shit I know no offense).

@fififans Folders are fine, but I like to be able to get to everything with as few taps/swipes as possible. That's what's nice about Android - you can customize it for whatever usage style fits you.
