  • 10500 bc!

  • I hope people who try to draw baseless parallels about Aliens and other controversial subjects can realize what disservice they are doing to Hancock's research that is only aiming to talk about things, for which we currently have evidence.

  • I think the Stargate franchise writers got their inspiration from Graham Hancock. Or vice versa. (Joking!! I really like this man.)

  • 02:07 :)

  • no mention of PUMA PUNKU ??? anyway, great doco thanks

  • this is great. I've read all his books. Underworld discusses the ruins covered in water after the last ice age melt down, and there are many worldwide. Graham has visited a few and covers them in that book. Supernatural is another splendid book addressing the origins of our religions and the tenacious worldwide belief in spirits, or whatever you want to call them. Probably an explanation of parallel universes. There are many great authors out there. Put down harlequins and learn something!

  • Wouldn't it be crazy if somewhere on the moon there was a second plaque that proves the lost civilization theory? lol. But all jokes aside, I think the ruins off the coast of Japan undeniable truth of a lost civilization? The only time that structure could have been built was before the sea levels began to rise. If only this documentary was shown on History Channel rather that the Ancient Aliens show. People would be begging for this theory to be looked into more.

  • What a remarkable documentary! Absolutely eye opening and life changing for me!

  • I really can't say if this "lost civilization" theory is right, but I love the idea.

One sad thing : these theoretical men tried to spread a religion of love and knowledge... well, knowledge survived, but love... it didn't take roots. What would be the face of the world today if they had succeed ?

  • Well the name "Veera Kocha" sounds very hindu.... maybe the ancient hindu travelled there as there is a reference of connection between India and Mexico in Mahabharata.. when the war happened a king from "mexici" was also involved in the war.... may be might be... i am no expert but just might be.....

  • Wow ..this doco blew me away!!

  • Something I've been thinking, and saw a book at the library today another about the end of the world, and it suddenly struck me, after seeing beings who are mainly invisible mostly to the disbelievers, perhaps the end of the world for many like those who disappear in the bible, perhaps they will become invisible too and be in another dimension or 'mansion' that is mentioned in the bible of GOD'S many mansions....wow...that would be great! Hope I'm one of those too!

  • In native American, the reptile means Wisdom over Good and Evil. Unfortunately there was never a reference to the Wisdom of Life and the Living, only to medicinal cures and potions. Sad. The loss of most of humanity and salvation of a remnant, only. Truly the insurrection hit God and His Image Man with an incurable wound.

  • I believe that the mistery can be helped with other discoveries in places where nobody still looking for, for example the piramids of Madre de Dios near to Cusco, these are covered by the jungle since your builders left out, or under the sea, level of sea increase 120 meters after the end of the last ice age.

  • Really wonderful stuff! Thanks for posting.

  • great but, ts time for a recap with hd camera's and all the new findings!

this is just touching on the biggest of em,.

i surely hope some china/ japan foks are digging in there past!

atlantis lost, ,,?? well for me it started in china or japan, it aint flooded by water, its flooded by aincient secrecy.!!

  • Where is the fifth point?

  • @PandoraHeart11 It should be easy enough to locate, The Mathematics have been worked out for us,just by using the information in these videos.

  • All of these Lost Cities are OOPArts, or Out of Place Artifacts. :)

  • The lost civilization is the moors.

  • The pre-Adamic world hypothesis comes from the "gap theory" in which a great deal of time history took place between verse 1 & 2 in the first chapter fo Genesis due to the fact that in verse 2 the word "was" should have been translated "became". for more info. read the study notes on the Fenning Dake annotaded bible under the "pre-Adamic earth". This explains the existance of these colosal monuments form th world that was. (science says world smaller then, making them weight 1/4 of present lb

  • great video. I believe all of these ancient monuments are remnants left over from the distruction of the pre- adamic world. The world that existed before Adam, which was inhabited by God's original creation "the sons of God" (Gen 6) in which Lucifer before he became satan ruled. Isa 14:12-17 talks about his throne, quest for more power, and how he destroyed the nations. Sons of God were not angels. They were served by angels with incredible strenght to build these colosal monuments all over.

  • Thank you for posting this.

    Very interesting.

  • AMAZING documentary! I love it!

  • His parting words are IMO, are very very true. More than most people will know in this life.

  • i love ur videos!!! i'm so amazed what u found!!!! :D Thanksss for the knowledge u share!!!!

  • Awesome Documentary...wow..loved it.. thanks Graham for making it for us all..and thanks for posting it here on you tube..BRAVO :-) <3

  • Did he say 7 sages? Hmm...Hinduism mentions 7 sages too as being the bearers of esoteric/divine knowledge and that they passed it on in the form of vedic verses.

  • This 14-part series was one of the most engrossing things I've watched on youtube this year. I think it even bested all the T.E.D. Talks lately.

Its rational does leak some of the air out of Zecharia Sitchin's balloon though.

    Occam's Razor...

If we can explain the presence of these incredible monoliths without including "life forms" (e.g. Annunaki) from another planet in the theories of their creation, then that is certainly less intriguing (less mystical even), but also far more practical.

  • @OregonCoastGhost Then you have completely missed GH's point sir.......

  • Spanish blood letting euro barbarians.

    SAVAGES.

  • no shit - when did you wake up

and this is coming from a european-type white guy

white europeans are responsable for most of our problems

no shit really - - pure genius

  • This makes sense and you have to keep an open mind. Do we know who killed Kennedy? No. Do we know where Hitler is berried? No. Actually we barely know the facts of the last 2-300 years of our history. How can you be so dogmatic and claim you own the truth about such ancient times???

  • Could the Statues of Easter Island represent a "Travel~relocation" from Giza to Angkor Wat?

  • Has anyone thought of why it's a winged serpent?

One idea could be it's a reflection of the nature of rulers, cold rational and ruthless.

Another idea (thanks to it wings) it's the big astrological cycle, ~ 24.500 year cycle, often depicted as an snake biting it's own tail.

Though the meteorite idea is possible, I feel much more for a man made cataclysm, such as nuclear war and HAARP. It would be a great way to get rid of those imperfect people to wipe the sheet clean and start over.

  • @ookiemand precisely what i was thinking

  • Thanks man ill have to check that out

  • I like the way hi puts word in the end.

We truly can do more things to save the world today, and our technology really has become advance.

    Peace to us all!

  • Thank You!

  • Bottom line, the people that survived the last major event left evidence that it is a cyclical event that destroys civilization around the world. Perhaps there is more than one event, Magnetic pulse from the Sun, Galatic Wave from ctr of galaxy, rouge planetoid like Niburu, Astroid/comet field we go through, etc. etc. TIMING is everything in prediction, and they left details regarding that in pratically all religions and belief systems we have today. Good place to hide them for a remnant.

  • i like his hypothesis

  • what? sumeria not mentioned? ? ?

  • yeah thats strange. he left our newgrange in Ireland aswell unless i missed a video

  • sumeria was known for technology and societal developments and lacked historical monuments big enough to support astronomy, maybe that was the reason. not sure though

  • Good stuff.i wonder if he knows the sites match up on the earths icosahedron map of energy vortices.Graham's work with dmt and shaman culture is really interesting too.

  • by fare the best on youtube

  • @theflickering no no the ass shaking videos are better :-PP

  • Very good, one of the best on youtube.

  • And not even ONE mention of Mesopotamia/Sumeria throughout the whole 14 parts. Apparently, the host couldn't see the forest for the trees. The Anunnaki were (and are) the "mariners" the host so often mentioned.

  • dont forget the greeks too, hercules organisied a campaign in america around 10000 bc.there were already greeks there by the previous campaign of dionusos.these were both colonial missions as well as military to keep the nefelims under the earth.

  • Interesting comment, im curious as to where u got that information? I'd like to check out some sources for myself..

  • it's all speculations because the source is "nonos" in his book "dionysiaka" but the book was written in 500 a.d,not in ancient times.but there are numerous reports in ancient greek mythology about far away travels. i haven't read the actual book "dionysiaka" yet but i got the information from liakopoulos,a greek researcher like graham hancock, where he posted parts of the original to suport his theories.

  • interesting point - but about not mentioning anything about the so-called cradle of Sumer. But mariners? I think not

  • That's why I placed "mariners" in quotes.

  • Irrelevant. There were many races represented in Egypt as the architects of that civilization, if you care to look.

And furthermore, apparently you didn't see a previous video in the series linking the Olmec civilization with Africans...

Get over it. 'They' (the illuminati) are trying to obscure the knowledge of the information itself. It's the information being pointed to that is important. Racial identities of those credited with the knowledge are VARIOUS.

  • Our culture finds it difficult to come to grips with the fact that there have been other civilizations far more advanced than ours during mankind's so called "pre-history". As far as we are concerned the pinnacle of human civilization is us. That's why people dismiss Hancock as "just a journalist" and ignore the evidence that's staring us in the face.

  • @Everythingusee Funny thing is if you asked majority of the people on the planet how did they build the pyramids, there till this day isn't one fact. So its kinda funny how people can just say, they were religious nut jobs in one sense or another. Even though half of it can't be explained. Funny thing is we are still living on a world where in essence people still think its flat lol.

  • @Everythingusee And all of these insecurities stem from the ego which seems so ingrained in the human condition. Now while we could just recognize that this sucks and just leave it at that, it must be said that we are experiencing the ego and the ignorance that comes with expressing and fulfilling it in order to understand it. The first step to transcending ones ego is to be aware of it, for it IS you. Only once you have accepted its prevalence can you transcend it.

    Namaste

  • @Everythingusee I could not have said it better myself. you seem to be the only one that got the complete point of the video.

  • @Everythingusee the problem is who can it be that have evolved into an advanced civilisation? When you say evidence, its all theory, you cant proof who did it can you?

  • @Everythingusee

I may not agree you when you assume that those lost civilizations were more advanced than ours, since the technological and scientifical achievements of the civilization to which we belong surely outscore the achievements of any previous civilization . Yet I agree that people don't even dare to think about the theory of a possible pre-historical lost civilization only for the fact that we have not found any written records. What if they didn't use "writing" to communicate?

  • why does this lost civilazation have to have come from this earth?

  • Comment removed

  • you supporting idealogy of eric von danikan, which is worth considering for sure

  • Viking acctually means "man of the bay" and a man who "gack a vikingu" that is "went aviking" meant he sailed out to gain riches by means both peacefully or not. Other people from this era (the later part of the Iron-age),in Scandinavia, were mainly farmers, fishermen and the like. In 10500 B.C. the whole of scandinavia where covered in ice, and mainly entirely unpopulated. So, no Viking connection possible here... Would´ve been cool though if this was the case...

  • Vikings also reprecent 6kings with the 'roman' nummer/letter system.

    - VI kings.

  • Theory of 10,000 yrs old sphinx older than pharao egypt is possible. The Yonaguni is 10000 yrs old ruin. I think a Global flood story caused by a comet is acceptable too. So theory of civilization over 10000 years old is possible.

But to connect them together into super Atlantis civilization is not believable. It goes too far by depending too much on astronomical coincidences.

Geology and archeology are more reliable, but Graham Hancock has no training in them. He is actually a journalist.

  • So what if he is a Jounalist. at least he has the you know what to question mainstream Archeology and Geology. I agree with your top part. Respect for that. I know alot of people who went to school for many things and end up doing somthing totally different in there lives. Graham H. is a modern day hero. There is a connection which he proves through math, the universal language. I hate this politically correct bullcrap. If you keep seeing the same thing in different places thats a connection.

  • OK, I have to make a retraction. This is from a website about Vikings. They were initially violent, but as time went on, they seemed to have become much less so. HOWEVER, this says nothing about their skills in ship building OR astronomy:

Most people in the Viking Age were peaceful farmers, merchants or artisans. The merchants sailed to other countries to sell their goods and they were skilled tradesmen. They dealt in wood, tar, skins, honey and fish. They were also good at making jewellery.

  • Really great documentary, thanks very much for posting it.

  • Also from the site:

The Vikings lived from 800 to 1200, in the era known as the Viking Age.

    Not 10,500 years ago!!!

  • Also, I'm not trying to discount the theory of extraterrestrials, it's one of my favourites, I'm just not sure that it's the only answer.

I dunno about you, but I'm enjoying the debate. :D

  • Did you ever read one of hancocks other books called the supernatural. Its freaking awesome, theres a lot of parallels on there that almost seem too good to be true but I believe it cus ive done my own research myself.

  • Astounding documentary....! I've always been fascinated with ancient monuments and thought they were linked together in someway. I kinda think its aliens who are the lost civilization.

    Graham Hancock.... FTW!

  • I highly doubt this "advanced race" traversed the ENTIRE GLOBE in reed boats.Not. Gonna. Happen. Maybe Lake Titicaca, sure, but kayaks around the globe with no oars? No. Spaceship is way more like it. Vera Cocha is a "pale skinned white man with a beard who preached a religion of love and compassion and gave them the skills of astronomy and ship building"-- what human at that time in history would "just be passing through" and not want to be made a King or a God in return? It was the Annunaki.

  • He only said boats that moved by themselves, that could easily mean ships using sails.

I do agree with the last part though, it seems odd that this civilisation had so much influence over these cultures, but they never took advantage of their position of power.

  • I don't think even today people have successfully made it around the globe in sail boats. And if they have, it's not very often...

I should say that if these beings existed, they were probably off world in that they DID take advantage of their position of power BEFORE the Vera Cocha figure showed up- there's more than enough evidence in scripture, in the Mayan creation story Popol Vuh, in Sumerian cuniform that these beings the "Annunaki" were master geneticists and did tamper with human DNA.

  • Lots of people have circumnavigated the world in sail boats and ships... Recorded as year as 1890 or something.

Circunnavigating is far more difficult than what these people would have had to have done, because they could have used a combination of land travel and wind powered water craft.

  • This is more than 10,000 years ago we are talking about, not 110. And it still doesn't answer the question of WHY they would be advanced and reaching out to more "primitive" groups of people without supposedly asking for nothing in return.

If everyone was primitive who received instruction, then where did this advanced race get the instruction from? My hypothesis is that they got it from people who were not of this earth, or they themselves were not of this earth.

  • Should also add that the vikings, in the 8th or 9th century sailed most of the North Atlantic.

It's also fair to say, that if this was a human civilisation, it seems that they had a great love for exploration and the sea, it's possible that because of this their water craft engineering could have been very advanced for their time.

  • You don't see the rest of civilisation doing that at that time. You see them worshipping gods, but you don't see the vast stretches of humanity crossing the North Atlantic. And that only accounts for the North Atlantic. How far did the Vikings get beyond that? Another thing is that I'll grant them superb navigation skills, but I would hardly call the bloodthirsty marauding Vikings the types to preach "love and compassion".

  • Oh, I wasn't suggesting that the Vikings were involved in this, just giving examples of sailing prowess. :)

It just seems to me that if these groups of people could excel in their time, it's not unfair to assume that there could have been other civilisations that maybe made these discoverys much sooner. If they were preaching love and compassion, this could even suggest that maybe they didn't discover organised religion, which could lead to earlier adoption of science.

  • 10x

  • yo man! thanks for posting this!! have been a fan of Graham for a couple of years, since I first heard him on coast to coast am with George Noory. Greatest show ever btw. I wish this would been shown on National tv, like Discovery and National geographic, cause this knowledge is important for the humanity to learn and to think about.. Once again, Thanks for sharing..

  • Fantastic documentary!

  • no14

  • someone has gone through this and deleted all the negative criticism of this article. Some of it was even based on scientific fact. How can one justify themselves without facing up to criticism. Otherwise it becomes a case of the emperors new clothes.

  • yes loved it thanks. i want more.
