Race trucks still has a couple sitting around his crazy huge garages. So that is where my build will take place. This buy has raced Concord motor speedway and at one time building 1/3 of the cars, ran bush for a while, and got talked in to giving nascar a shot. He don't race just builds and driver tells him what the car is doing and he makes it melt to the track. I have high standards but this S10 is the best I have seen yet compared to what I have been wanting to do! Great ride!!!

This was my plans with my 95 S10 when I bought it I had cash to pay for everything. Had the pro picked out to put it in, I was 18 at the time. Thought it would be a smarter thing to do and take my extra money and get the hell out of West Virginia! Now I live with in shooting distance from the Charlotte motor speedway and the best drag track in the US. Can sit in my bedroom and listen to 4 top fuel dragsterz blowing it out. When I do the LS1 S10 just so happens my friend use to build race cars.

@95turbohonda Right! I did mine back in 2001 when I think everybody first started doing them. I would like to say I was one of the first to do it but I'd be lying. Now everythings posted on the web to make this swap easier than it should be. I spent a solid year (nights and weekends) putting and LS1 in a 98 Blazer when now it can be done in a couple of months with a good plan and readily available parts. You however went over the top. This is one bad S10! Props and keep build'n!

I just pulled it and dropped a 4 bolt main 383 stroker that i had built for my 79 camaro. I havent owned the car in 6 years dumbass. Just kept the same youtube accountant. Now im a owner of a 95 stealth r/t twin twin turbo and a 02 vette zo6. Don't even say i gotta be a millionare to own both cars. Paid a combined price of 26 grand for them

@95turbohonda yeah people freak when the pumpkins not centered. but honestly, if the truck is low and the tranny long its best to move it sideways. a perfectly straight drive shaft is less than ideal...oddly enough. nice ride man, this is the same thing i was building out of my 95, but i went with a roots blower and carb instead. wished i gone ls1 turbo...woulda spent less and run better. but lesson learned, that was over ten years ago :)

Damn, LS1 S10. I had a 93 Nissan hardbody pickup with a 350 in it and it was stupid fast. Light weight and nice power. Not as fast as the Camaro...but that's cause it has the LS1.  Can only imagine a S10 with it. Break the tires loose much?
