  • You have some balls to refuse and cancel the service.Way to go dude.

  • I spend exactly the same, but for 35 minutes..

  • 13 minutes to get your phone cancelled isn't too bad. I work as a customer service rep personally and it is our job to try to persuade the customer not to cancel, mainly to determine why they want to cancel and see if we can figure out a way to keep their business. It works the same with other phone providers, it is in their best interest to continue getting your monthly payments. Of course in some cases like yours it may not be logical to continue service but we have to do what we can.

  • Your home phone looks like a dildo.

  • cancel that shit

  • If you raised your voice about 10x, you would have been done 10x faster. They harrass people on purpose. Honestly that fastest way to cancel is to ask for your account number or get it from your bill. If they ask why just say dont worry about it. Then take your account number to another carrier and they will port your number.

  • shitty youtube wont let me paste the link but google Cancel Your Sprint Contract Without Penalty – Success Stories it is on a site called my money blog.

  • Hahahahaha his houses fone

  • that phone looked expensive

  • Jeesh!!! That phone reminds me of the phone my todler has. It plays music when she press the buttons.

  • My experience was worse.

  • So you were paying monthly for thiss crappy phone just to check your messages?

  • look i dont care about you and your broken phone i just want people to know sprint is the worst service carrier they drop calls and the customer service dept is the worst

  • you just gotta yell man

  • take a bath!

  • Any carrier would do this to someone who wants to cancel service lol

  • mann sorry u had to deal with that bs

  • BUYERS BEWARE-ON SPRINT! After 45 days trying it (and having left Sprint 5 yrs ago), and giving the service another chance, I want to share why Sprint doesn’t tell you everything: 1. Data SHUTS OFF when on call, means emails or Internet; HTC EVO is NOT business ready… can’t sync with Outlook; 3. Unl. $69.99 plan is not unlimited; 4. Voicemail in-network call forwarding doesn’t work; 5. Sharing of Wi-Fi using EVO only allows 2, NOT 5, users. buyers beware

  • @narahi50 That is a bunch of BS!the only thing I am not sure about is trouble syncing with Outlook...

  • @narahi50 your fault for not reading. 1) Data doesnt work in call because its EVDO, same goes for Verizon. Of course, if you really need Data on call, enjoy GSM and the consistently higher dropped call ratings (Verizon and Sprint top AT&T and T-mobile in lowest dropped calls) 2) Evo can sync with Outlook, you sure it was setup right? 3) Its not an unlimited plan, it has 450 in there for a reason 4) Yes it does 5) Evo allows 8, not 2, but sharing with more splits the bandwidth.

  • i work for sprint and all i got to say is when cust call in to cancel they are just fucking assholes and to be a if want to cancel just be nice because we really dont give a shit if u cancel or not.just sayin.

  • @holy1crap1man The guy was super nice on the phone ,but we don't really know what is the problem !! just saying .

  • sprint service sucks. The representatives need to learn how to speak louder and english

  • SPRINT SUCKS PURE AND SIMPLE.

  • Admit you dropped it or threw it down after you got the message. It didn't fall apart on its own.

  • @AlexisPlumas no kidding

  • they have to offer several save attempts when cancelling service

  • When Sprint first came out in the late '80s, I jumped at their offer. Before doing so, however, I asked them if it would be a problem to call Canada. None whatsoever, they assured me. It turned out that the only Province without Sprint service was the one I wanted to call. Luckily there was no contract(It would take them another 15 or so years to come up with that scam), and I canceled it right away.

  • Sprint is engaged in fraudulent business practices.

  • @cabinpaperwood So are a lot of its customers.

  • Nice but a long story for a cancellation.....

  • says......thanks for wasting everybody's time with the post bro, hopefully you've crossed paths with a city bus by now

  • dang, if you want a better deal on your phone you should "pretend to cancel" haha and then go through to retentions and get a better deal

  • Wow you got patience! I would just say (kids don't watch)"JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP AND CANCEL MY FUCKING ACCOUNT!"

  • Oh and did we talk about cooking the books to trick shareholders? Let's say an account/number is set to cancel on the first of the month. This is good, by the end of that same month the account/number is still not canceled....by the end of the second month...still not canceled. After the shareholders meeting....the account/number is canceled but only after the frustrated customer calls in repeatly to get it done. And of course they have to fight...it's pathetic.

  • CANCEL THE ACCOUNT!

  • @ MsCustomer Care Well I'm not sure when or where you worked for Sprint but I can tell you that they definitely DO NOT encourage ANY kind of activity that is illegal or violates our customer's rights or FCC regulations.. If you're found to be doing behavior like that, you're fired, immediately. And my immediately, I mean that the center supervisor meets w/ you and security walks you to your desk to get your keys/purse and you are walked out.

  • @katiebird317 that's funny because you sound like a corporate puppet. I know what I personally saw and was told to do by Sprint. Obviously you have an agenda, good luck with that.

  • @MsCustomerCare LMAO, ah yes. An "agenda"... which is why most of my views and comments on YouTube are about Disney movies and my favorite band, Hanson. I also know what the company I work for, tells me to do. And being fraudulent or participating in illegal activities is NOT it. Like I said, if you had a bad supervisor, you can't blame the entire company for that. I'll ask you again, WHEN did you work for Sprint? WHERE did you work for Sprint? Direct? 3rd Party? Vendor center?

  • @katiebird317 For the record the last time I witnessed someone violating FCC regs they were PROMOTED within two weeks and yes they STILL work for Sprint. I did report and complain I was advised to "leave it alone". I questioned documented policy and was ignored. LOL this is fun, I haven't even mentioned the sanctioned fraud YET!! Yes I said fraud, it's pathetic what Sprint is willing to do to make a buck.

  • @katiebird317 Nice try, by the way are you a shareholder? What I posted here is based on what I saw, that is what what was documented. Officially from Corporate not what a random supervisor may or may not have said. You know what I mean? I mean the must reads. Very nice of you to try to defend Sprint and good luck with that. As I value my identity and privacy there is no way on earth I'd share ANY personal information with you or any other current Sprint employee.

  • If anyone needs any help or information regarding Sprints unfair and fraudulent activities, please feel free to contact me.

  • If you can't verify with pin or security questions, you can't make financially impacting changes.. that's FCC regulations.

And quite frankly.. that wasn't that difficult at all. Automated systems can't always understand what you say.. that's not Sprint's fault. You want to have difficulty cancelling something.. try calling Charter Communications.

  • @katiebird317 When I worked for them they encouraged us to violate FCC regulations. I was in constant conflict with supervisors because I refused to violate CPNI and that was that. Once a supervisor took over my call, gave the caller the information they requested and then admited that what they did was illegal. By the way, at the time Sprint was quite fond of adding services WITHOUT validation or permission of the authorized on the account.

  • @MsCustomerCare I know that some of the vendor centers aren't the greatest because they don't work "directly" for Sprint. Of any of the "shady" type situations I've experienced 99% of them are from 3rd party stores/reps and/or vendor centers. For you to go around stating that the Sprint Company as a whole is a bad company that encourages illegal activity is total B.S.

  • @MsCustomerCare If your center was violating company and FCC policy than you should have taken it up with HR IMMEDIATELY. Honestly, you're coming off as an ex-employee with a vendetta and nothing more.

  • Yo, I work for Sprint Telesales and I hear stories from both ends. I personally know that most Sprint telefolk aren't the best customer service out there, but when it comes down to it both sides have a convincing case.

I guess I just know that, as a Rep? I get my fair share of bullhonkey from customers who don't know what the heck they're doing. You leave work with a migraine when you work there, I promise.

  • hey dude, u think u could hook me up with a serious rebate i wana a new man. lol. ill return the favor some how. like reporting a good sales rep. idk. jus try to hook me up, pleaseeeee. this razr sucks ass

  • @bonez955

    That's called fraud, dumbass.
