G-1000 and Greenland Wax; How to wax your hybrid trousers

Is the greenland wax only for G-1000 fabric and other cotton/cotton+polyester clothes. I have Tur jacket and if I want to wax it then what about Finylon F, wax or not?

the best alternative is to use hairdyer for melting the wax. it is easier to do it like this for example on stitches or on pockets, where melting by iron not always does the job.
