I just heard of this video and I saw it. . I do not understand how people can do that to People. I really honestly can only blame parents. but I dont know. It does have to stop. This is horrible. I hate this. It's so sad. They're so young. I was thinking the same thing you were thinking about the Olympic games. There's no structure for these kids. They need help. They need guidance. They need support. If not they become another statistic, another failure of the system.
