10. BRIDGE: 3 x press ups, hold for 3 count followed by 10 x non momentum crunches then 4 x press ups with 10 crunches and finally 5 x press ups with 10 crunches.
11. FAST HANDS: 15 reps in each direction
12. CHICKEN WINGS: 15 reps
13. REVERSE PECK: 15 reps
14. STRETCHER: hold for 20 secs.. rest for 10secrepeat same 2 x more times
i have Captain Chriss 15 minute hell, it is no joke, i've been doing th work out for over 2 months now, i'm in the best shape of my life......
i'm flexible than ever, i can run faster, do full pull ups with no troubles, and all around pure 100% lean in shape

I have not seen Captain Chris' DVD but David Bennett sifu subscribes to CC's training regime.
I stand corrected if I am wrong.

Yes, the 3 clips of 'HELL' is all the 15 minutes routine. If you wish more, do another round of 15 minutes of HELL.
