No, didn't see any bugs, just dead-drifted streamers in a few spots. Landed about 20 in 1 hour scouting up the creek. Water temp 42 degrees....perfect water levels. Can't wait for warmer weather
That looks wonderful! Winter is simply awesome as there are so many activities to do.
