i dont fully agree . . . most runners can eat whatever they want and still achieve eight abs . . . enough excercise and cardio will make you lose all your water weight and really bring them out

Thats what people without abs say. Just takes hard work and patience. There's no percentage ratios involved. 80% diet is just ridiculous.

Not entirely true. If you look at any BB site, you would find a similar statement saying (in some format) that a six- or eight-pack is primarily about diet, then exercise. Most of the runners in my school are able to achieve a six- or eight-pack because they (1) run a lot (2) they have the right build and (3) they keep their metabolism high. Many of them eat what ever they want, but for most people, this will not work. I run a lot, I just don't have the definition most others do.

Diet is important for a six pack. If you want a well divined 6 pack you've got to lose fat. Around 8% body fat it'll start showing (this is just a rule of thumb, some say 6%, others 10%). If you want to get in good shape, check out Mark Twight. He trained the actors of 300.

that was a great movie and it was def worth seeing...and Lena Headey def brought a sense of women power to the movie because she was playing a role where women had more rights in that time then anywhere else in the world. Spartan women def were just like how they were betrayed in the movie.

well based on the title you'd think she say the word "abs" at least once, but apparently not. this video is almost interesting but you don't really learn anything from it. if you want to see the real making of this film it would probably be quite boring since you'd be watching someone on the computer for hours. the book is awesome and so is the film
