  • True, I forgot to add in the first "You" instead of "who" in my comment... and when one thinks about it, that phrase was rather comical to hear at times when the hymn was sung..thx for the correction.

  • It's page 85 in our Hymnal. There is quite a bunch of hymns from other churches in our hymnal that we've taken the words to a different musical arrangement and there are also hymns contained that we've left intact. -both tune and verse. The big catch that caught a lot of us off guard is when the phrase "Who who unto Jesus" was changed to "who unto the Savior" when the new hymnal editions came out in 1985.

  • @DSM1G90

Actually, it was "You who unto Jesus..."

The powers that be thought it sounded too much like "you-hoo!"

  • beautiful, such an uplifting message

  • FANTASTIC - esp that all the verses are included. This hymn is over 200 yrs old yet it speaks about modern life...! :)

  • Is this LDS?

  • Yes, it is.

  • This is NOT NOT NOT right! This is NOT the traditional tune to this hymn.

  • Why does it matter? The message is the same and it sounds good.

  • But it sure is good, isn't it!

  • Excellent!

  • wow

  • I have always loved how well the words of Isaiah 41:10 fit in with the melody. (3rd verse) thanks. My heart goes out for those who were stripped of their lives and peace, for sharing a message of peace. It's a tragic irony.

  • this is good are yall mormon i am

  • I am!!!!!!!!
