I recall watching a football game in 1991 and they showed a commercial for the 1991 Fifth Avenue which featured a middle aged man driving the car while talking on the cellular phone which was built into the driver's side sun visor...an option which must have been pretty rare!

My father had a 1985 New Yorker and a 1992 New Yorker Fifth Avenue.

Good movie, but: Landau was spelled Landaw, and the first New Yorker Salons did not have hidden headlights, and were just rebadged Dynasty's with a different grille insert. I wonder if you can still get those dual-stripe white wall tires?

I like how the small window on the back doors on the '79 and '80 fifth avenue were actually a part of the large window and went up and down with it.

First, I was defending the poster against how people list the worst cars completely out of context and the day in most cases. Second, it would be difficult for me to rank cars like that, but I will pick a few cars that I think have excellent histories and that I also love. For the sake of the video, I will add my favorite Chrysler into it.

Chrysler LeBaron GTS/Dodge Lancer, particularly with the 174 hp VNT Turbo

Mazda RX-7

Ford Contour(Mondeo)/Mercury Mystique

Odd choice of music: a 1964 hit- would be better to show New Yorkers from that time period. This is still hilarious. 1980-1993 Chryslers have to be on every "worst cars of all time" list.

I privately think that 80s is the best of Chrysler Newyorker.
