I live in maryland too, but I can't really film in good spots. My friend with a cameras mom took us to lakefront then asked a security guard if we could skate there. Of course he has to say no.

People skate there all the time, I dont think they care that much...

how did you still get full quality

on youtube, and the video is 8 minutes long?

im pretty sure it has to do with the format i encode it in but youtube is wierd. if you have final cut pro take your project into compressor and in the tab for "other formates" use apple tv its a smaller size and smaller pixal aspect witch works fine for youtube anyways cus its lower res
