  • low lights can help

  • Im going through this, i tried to dye my hair dark blonde and it turned orange and so i waited a few months and put some highlights in and now it looks like shit, iv had crap hair for around 4 months now so i know how u feel. Now i just dont know what to do anymore and would love to just shave it off and start again:(

  • I DIDNT KNOW U BEFORE OR AFTER AND I THINK IT LOOKS NICE. I HAVE TO WATCH OTHER VIDS TO SEE A DIFFRENCE BUT IT DONT LOOK SO BAD TO ME. DONT BE SO HARD ON URSELF.

  • OMG This happend tonight I payed $80 Fir the same thing as you, Brown hair and I wanted to go blonde but she put white through my dark brown hair I HATE IT. I got in my car and cried :/

    Good luck

  • The same thing just happened to me. I'm so sad and so upset. And I know how you feel. Tomorrow I'm getting a colour correction at another salon and I'm hoping for the best.

  • It's not even. Tell them to tone it because your roots are lighter than the ends. I'm a hair colorist so I know what i'm talking about.

  • @mcv7788 I am natural blonde so I had blonde regrowth and the rest was dyed brown so thats why its lighter at the roots..

  • another excuse....all you do is make excuses as to why you're fat

  • I actually like it.

  • maybe a trim to help it look healthier? Maybe have the blond toned down?

  • It's you hair, you have not lost your looks, you really are beautiful.

  • @littleriverboat yes ...3rd degree burn

  • HEY! also I was going to tell you that 2 weeks ago.. I cut my hair by myself.. crazy but it didnt turn out too bad. Later!

  • I am so sorry to laugh but the exact same thing happened to me last year. Give it a few days/weeks because the color will blend and look MUCH better. Give it time.

  • If you hate it you should get your money back girl!

  • It looks fine

  • doesnt look bad for me

  • I also made the same mistake you did. I went to one hair dresser whose products were suppose to be all biological and what not. I spend about €200. for to have my hair done and I bought one of their hair dye and it had a load of chemicals in it as I read the ingredients. I also had to go back to them to have them redye my hair as they didn't even color it evenly. The hair cut sucked as well!

  • Me and some of my colleagues now go to the Chinese hair dressers here in Italy. There's no need to make an appointment and they work all week until 9 O'clock in the evening and charge less then 1/4 of the cost of the regular hair dressers. They also do a better job. I got my hair cut, dyed, and styled for just €25.00 where as the regulars would have at least cost €60. I made the same mistake you did. .

  • i'll be honest. the colour isn't bad but it does look dry. i never understood why you dyed it in the first place, for a change? i have impulsive moments too. your natural hair was absolutely stunning and shiny. if i was you i would grow it out and any future money wouldn't be spent on dye but on repairing the moisture loss to stop it from being brittle and snapping, protein products are great. diy hear treatments work wonders for me, olive oil, honey, lemon etc.

  • @littleriverboat hair* not hear :)

  • wow $200. It doesn't look bad, but it is really really overpriced.

  • $195! wtf i hope i dont ever have to pay that much for something i dont like -.- Wonder what hair dresser. =s

  • It looks fine!

Curl it, style it up real nice! You're beautiful, be strong cause you can pull this off!!

  • It looks REALLY good to me! Suits you much more than the dark.

  • i honesty like it! lol looks good on you! but 200 is over priced.

  • I had my hair done one time and ended up with a bald spot cuz the girl didn't know what she was doing......so perk up cuz it cud have been worse......can't wear my hair down...... Ever

  • @eyemawesum permanant bald spot?

  • I think it looks pretty, girl!

  • I think you are still crazy beautiful :3

I know exactly where you're coming from though, I tried to lighten my hair and it turned out shit and I tried to give it a chance and adjust to it (I was naturally blonde growing up) but I finally gave up and went dark again, still not too happy with my hair, but I'm too frustrated right now to actually go and fix it or something :/

  • Last year my hairdresser "talked" me into going darker for winter.... Hated it just as you're hating your hair. I called her a few days after and said I couldn't stand it and she fixed my hair at no charge! You paid a LOT of money and should love your hair for that!! If they lightened more of the brown out I bet you'd like it!

  • GO BACK! Complain and get your money back.

  • ya go back and tell them that you dont like it if its a known salon in your area they should be about customer service and will fix it.

  • GIRL Go back and complain

$200 fuck that, go back get your money back...

Id do it, Even if i was ur friend, Id bitch about it with you....straight up!

  • What!!! 200 dollars. I would have went back and cut that bitch over my hair oh hell no lol. OMG I'm so sorry!!

  • I know how you feel about superficial things bothering you a ton >_< I got a really bad haircut (awful bangs) during the summer and actually felt sick to my stomach.

  • Bring a picture with you when you go back because that hairdresser obviously doesnt know what they are doing and has no vsion, I would get my money back so you can go somewhere professional but they will probably only let you let them fix it, go to your consumer agency.

  • Fuck that! Go back and tell them your not happy! I would!

  • I don't think it looks as bad you're saying it is, but then again, it is your hair. I will say that the best way to get the dark brown is to just let it grow out, while putting some highlights to help "even" out the color contrasts between the root and ends. I'm sorry you're unhappy with it, though. Don't worry, though...you still look beautiful and I don't think your hair looks like straw at all!

  • You shouldn't have walked out of the salon unhappy :( Most hairdressers will do their best to fix it to what you want free of charge
