@AliAbdurRasheed Maybe ignorant isn't the best word to use, because we should respect the difference of opinion...but i surely do agree with the opinion that the Prophet PBUH encouraged nasheed, and music used in order to get us closer to Allah (SWT) is not haram, even if it contains musical instruments....and Allah knows best...we just pray Allah (SWT) guides us to what is right and that He blesses us always.
The only annoying thing about nasheeds is the musical instrument in the backround
