  • Thanks! Keep positive & BELIEVE in yourself!! My surgeon & many others said I would never do the sport again after my surgery....um.....I just NEVER gave up because I LOVE IT!! All the best to you!! Theresa

  • What a wonderful sport how does one go about becoming a sport aerobic champion. Shame there are no places near Conneticut my life would be conmplete if I could learn this sport.
