Now my question is, why people participate in buying 3 videcards for a single detail for only a single games problem while you cou also play it with 1 card just without aa and play all the other games out their aswell in which multiple cards mostly have no benefit at all.

so if you simply put off anti aliasing frames wil quadripple no matter what machine your using. Now i dont mean AA has no benefit. It has more smoother visuals. But like i said, without its setting the graphics will still be realistic as hell. Why some people buy 2x 8800GTX just for crysis to enable that option for almost no benefit is a lil bit retarded imo. people fucking about their comps. Im not jaleous caus i got a watercooled with I7 and 5870. But for instance a friend of mine has a 4850 with 2,5gig quadcore and 3gb memory on win7 32bit and he gets overal no less then 30fps simply by putting of anti aliasing. First of all crysis sucks at AA graphic improvements. It doesnt add alot of extra benefit to the graphics apart of them being smooth and it still looks kinda photo realistic when putting it off.

the call of duty 4 nuke is pre-rendered using FX fume and FX flame. I have made nukes in that program before. Also the nuke is rendered on a black texture and is actually 2D. This nuke is in real time, dont talk unless you know whats going on. Also the game engine of call of duty 4 is different then crysis. Crysis uses a custom engine while COD4 uses the Unreal Engine.

Yeah I'd say so. You know I have Crysis now and the nukes dont kill trees, yet other explosions (like from grenades) and even the pistols do! Though it still is really good game. Definitely worth it. Make sure you got fast comp though.
