Very nice levels of perforance @vortex3k, especially gearshifting, which one of smart's weeknesses. If it isn't too much trouble, I would like to ask if this is possible in a 450 fortwo as well....Did this upgrade of yours made the shifts quicker as well?(I AM MOSTLY INTERESTED IN THAT!!) Maybe you already said it, I am asking again just to be certain. I 'll try to contact mst Tuning myself but the problem is that I don't speak German, and mst - tuning.de is only in German language..
hmm i.ve driven a smart roadster and also and i am pretty sure that the gearbox in the one I drove was slower than in your smart. Have u done something to the geabox computer ..if it is even possible to do that..I donn't know exactly so that's why I am asking. Thanks..p.s...not bad acceleration ..not bad at all..;)
@tija5 Yes, the roadster has a different software on the ECU which greatly optimizes the gear changes. Furthermore a sports air filter and the brabus SB2 pipe reduce the turbo-lag a bit.
hello vortex3k. The lightweight clutch u put on the car is the Bonalume ?? Did it make a big difference in gear change speed and the way the car accelerates?
@losertheteacher Oh, it's the stock clutch :) Not a lightweight clutch :)
Of course a lighter clutch makes a difference, but it's not THAT huge when the software has been modified properly. But a better clutch can handle more torque, so that point alone might be worth it, if the software is optimized to use all the possibilities of the clutch.
man can u plz send me the file?? please!! im from mexico and no one here do that i already got the cable and program to transfer it to my ecu.. plzzzzz spinalpain a gmail thaaaaaaaaankssss alotttt

Hi
I was just wondering what map you have and what's the BHP and Torque? Looking to get a Brabus Roadster engine in my Fortwo soon :)

@grindzewall Map is a custom one from MST Tuning (mst - tuning . de)
