I have the same in pale green. I took the pick guard off because the strings are pretty high above the body and you'd have to try hard to scratch it - unlike my beautiful new Gitane Lulo Reinhardt which I live in fear of scratching - no pick guard! It was pointed out to me that these are short scale guitars (bridge to nut distance), which makes it easier to play if you've got short fingers or you want to reach for that awkward chord.
Good playing, but the guitare seems not in tunes with the backing track...
