  • My wife and I have been agonizing over how to install our floor between two rooms. We were thinking we would need to lay the floors simultaneously in both rooms and hope to God that our measurements were dead on. Your suggestion to remove the adhesive from one plank and attach it to the non-adhesive side of another plank is brilliant! Thank you so much for the suggestion!

  • How is it a floating floor when it is glued down ? I am more confused then before I watched it.

  • @sdanville It is not glued to the floor. The adhesive strips only adhere to the back of the plank. There is no adhesive on the floor side of the adhesive strips.

  • @sdanville it is not glued down to the subfloor it is glued to the other plank

  • can it be used on stairs?

  • I wonder how durable this floor would be over time?

  • This looks really nice! Would be a simple way to redo an existing floor and make it look so much different. Thanks!

  • haha sounds like the narrator from Monster Garage/Monster House
