elena is wonderful! she often sings at the zurich opera, where I work as an extra. I've had the pleasure meeting her and hearing her in Maria Stuarda, Lucia, Don Giovanni, Rigoletto, Traviata, Contes d'Hoffmann, Zauberflöte and recently her wonderful Wilson Norma!

mosuc is currently preparing 19 operas, one of them is lucrezia borgia. i get the sense that she is trying to take on too much, but i'm eager to hear more from her. she has a very excellent recording of anna bolena out there that is an interesting contrast to netrebko and very much in the tradition of the way beverly sills sang the role!

My voice teacher had me go to watch her singing tecnique. I saw Lucia di Lammermoor last night. She was Fabulous! what lungs and breath control! I need to do do some serious cardio! :)

Cette voix longue projetée et colorée (dont seules les fluctuations du vibrato peuvent gêner les oreilles à ce sujet; sensibles!) impose depuis plus de 20 ans sa personnalité sans que jamais les multinationales concernées ne s'y soient intéréssées!!! what was your source for that? i have been doing some searching and i have not found a single date for her birth. i noticed that some of these recordings look very old, which caused me to wonder just how long mosuc has been singing professionally. i have known of mosuc for about 6 years from her queen of the night, but it is only recently through the uploads of coloraturafan that i have come to know her other bel canto roles. i have never seen her live, only on video and youtube. :(
